Absolutely horrible! Everything was completely wrong. Look at the food. PR wants to give an 8 dollar credit on a 30 dollar order. Save your money and eat anywhere else in Dinwiddie. Pluse food took 40+ to be ready and wrong.

I bring my crew in here for lunch usually twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays and if I did this review based on my Tuesday visit it would of been a 2 star but I come every Friday now because yall have a yound fella named Johnny in there rocking and rolling the show he was in command of the front drive thur and back the Tuesday we came it was slow to get our food and chaotic and everyone seemed to be in a bad mood but not on Friday it was calm everyone looked happy and Jonny overheard us talking and questioning if we should stay since last time it took forever and he told us I promise you it won’t and he wasn’t lying the food was fast and fresh best service I’ve gotten in a while anywhere

It was so hard to get a soda here. Every machine was being filled to empty. I was told there was no cherry coke. But when I left I was able to get one. The food order was slow but it was what we wanted and hot.

1 star only because you have to leave at least one. I’ve been here 2 times in three weeks. Employee at the drive through both times I’ve been absolutely no people skills and rude. If you don’t want to work in customer then you need to find other employment. Food both times dried out sausage, cold, cheese didn’t even melt and hash rounds cold.

I love that impossible woppers are made to order. My sandwich was so fresh and delicious. I did ask for no pickles but, it’s okay there was no problem taken them off. Great service.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I went through to be drive through, ordering the 3 for $7 deal, bacon cb, chick fries med fries. Sat behind one customer for 15 minutes, get to the window, and they chargee for the order behind me, 9.00 and some change. I politely ask why. The worker got a ridiculous attitude, walked away from the window, and told the manager to deal with me and my attitude. Do she comes to the window after 4 minutes sdks me what my problem was, I told her I did not have a problem, that I simply asked why s 7.00 order was ,9.00+. She asked what I ordered, I told her. Then she asks if someone actually took my order? I replied, I less I’mivo g in a parallel universe, I’m pretty sure the young lady took my order and requested I pull to the second window. So I then had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food, was not asked about condiments or anything, then she walked away the window. I will not go back, even if I was starving.
