Dined here tonight and the food was amazing. The staff was very attentive! Cute place, don’t let the outside deter you from coming in. Authentic ” real” Honduras food. Referencing earlier reviews: our food took 20 minutes not an hour. Im not sure when those customers dined here but their reviews are inaccurate to say the least. My son and are are locals 6 years and we eat out once a week traveling throughout the Grand Strand in search of great food. This place has that and more. Not your typical tourist spot which makes it great for us!

Service in this place is extremely poor and not professional. We went during lunch hour and it wasn’t even busy. The lack of courtesy and understanding from the staff made us have a terrible experience. Items were missing from our table, and we weren’t checked on during our meal, we needed more drinks and the waitress had no care to satisfy our needs. Despite of it all unfortunately ruining our experience the food was good.

Food it’s a absolutely delicious, the staff really friendly.
There is only one problem, it takes a long time to get the food so be ready to wait.

The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful — the Honduran décor is stunning and truly makes you feel immersed in the culture, We loved the open kitchen concept pretty demure. That alone deserves 5 stars.
The food was incredible! Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and clearly made with care. Honestly, the taste was unforgettable.
Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We were barely checked on throughout our meal, and it felt like the staff was either overwhelmed or simply inattentive. Despite the poor service, we still left a 25% tip out of courtesy — but there’s definitely room for improvement in how customers are treated. Service gets 1 star from us.
If they can work on training their servers, this place could easily be a top-tier dining spot.

I really like two food here
This corn tortilla,(Pupusas) you fill it however you like, I got just cheese & hibiscus yes the followers!don’t knock it till you try it. I got two $3.50 each. So affordable and it is as big as my face.
Normally I get their bone broth stew or soup so delicious especially when cold weather comfort food. (Carne sopa) will go back soon

Ordered the Reina Balleda and chicken papusa. Both were tasty. Love the cabbage. Food took a bit longer than expected. I read the comments so I ordered ahead. Staff was very friendly.
