Looking for a place to eat in a strange town. Found Cubbies and decided to stop. The minute we stepped through the door, we were greeted by the staff and welcomed . Seated promptly and drink order taken. Food was brought to the table promptly and hot. I had the hamburger steak and onion ring, slaw. Wife had chicken with vegetables, onion rings, and slaw. We enjoyed our food and were constantly checked on by staff to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stop at Cubbies when we’re in town.

Friends and I visited cubbies restaurant tonight to support our community and enjoy a meal outdoors in the pleasant 70-degree weather. As we were dining, a mouse ran from under our table and scurried across the patio into a hiding spot. Despite our attempts to brush it off, the mouse kept emerging, as if playing.
We approached the manager, explaining the situation. She responded with a nonchalant remark about the unpredictability of the weather and offered us boxes instead of addressing our concerns. It wasn’t about wanting free food or compensation; it was about the lack of respect and consideration for our hard-earned money as local residents.
Given the current economic climate, we expected the manager to be more concerned about the well-being of her customers. Instead, she chose to defend herself without showing any genuine concern or care. As a result, we didn’t enjoy our meal, and we didn’t even finish it.

I have LOVED CUBBIE’S since DAY 1! Partner and I, both, had the large cheeseburger, all the way (mustard, chili, onions, and Cole slaw)…the ONLY way to have a cheeseburger we split a side of fries and washed it down with fresh iced tea (half & half).
The service was great. The food is NEVER disappointing. This location is closer to the house, than the original location. But, you go for the food and the friendliness of the staff, not the location. The owner was there the day we were there…he visited and checked on EVERY table and those seating at the counter.

I ordered a large cheesesteak. When I walk in and pickup. Im under the impression its around 8-10 inches. The lady says thats a 6 inch cheesesteak. Then the price on the board reflects $16. Then a 4 inch which is considered small is 8$. The price was ridiculous for that size cheesesteak, no fries no drink. 6 inch $16. Fries ordered were soft and undone.I will not be spending my money there or recommending. This place is truly ripping people off.

We visit cubbies every time we visit Greenville. On this particular visit, after the waitress served our food, she never returned to our table. She didn’t check on us, ask us about refills, or if we wanted to order anything else. We asked about our visit by another employee we told him in front of the waitress. She replied, “I gave up on her job”. This was the poorest service and excuse I have been given in all my life.

I understand they were busy for parents weekend , however when I asked about the status of our food the wait staff was VERY rude . I asked them to pack up our food since we had to be somewhere and they were running late . We didn’t get some of our order and they slapped the bill on the table and asked if we paid , very rudely . The chicken sandwich was so small and all my sides were missing
