Good Food, But Terrible Service and Unsafe Atmosphere
I visited this Carl’s Jr. location on 12/08/25 around 4:00 PM via the drive-thru, and while the food was decent, the overall experience was very poor.
First, the drive-thru employee was rude and unprofessional. When I tried to make a simple change to my order (adding Chicken Stars), he gave me attitude and said he couldn’t add anything — even though there was no one else in line. There was no sense of customer service or care, just irritation and dismissiveness.
Second, the location feels abandoned and unmaintained, which already gives a bad impression. On top of that, homeless individuals were staying in the parking lot, and one even approached my car at the drive-thru window asking for money. It felt unsafe and unsettling, especially as I was alone.
This is not the environment I expect when grabbing a quick bite. Good food alone isn’t enough when the service is lacking and the atmosphere feels neglected and unsafe. I won’t be returning unless serious improvements are made in both staff training and overall property maintenance.

Customer service was ok. Not very helpful or friendly. It seemed more like, let’s keep this line moving along. The food good, I had the Big Carl combo, the tasty was delicious. The establishment itself is clean, there were about 25 tables inside and 5 outside. Also, there is a drive thru for anyone’s convenience.

I’m giving a low rating due to the service received from “Yordy”. I was paying with my EBT card. When it came time to enter my pin #, Yordy asked me what is was instead of giving me the machine to enter it. Pin #’s are Private, so why would I give it to her? I said I have to enter it myself, she said she can’t give me use the machine to enter the pin or she’d get fired. After some arguing, I reached over to input the pin as Yordy was watching me. I told her not to watch me input my private pin, I better not get hacked or I’ll sue Carl’s jr for leaking private information. You need to fix this asap. Only the cardholder should input the pin # for privacy. Not coming back here.
