First off, stop charging people for sauce. I mean I understand from a business standpoint that you want to watch the cost but can we at least get 1 free sauce with our purchase. How can you pick and choose what sauce goes with what food? Then I ordered large fries and got pretty much a small. I know there were rushing but also I got a few frozen fries added too. Corporate needs to reevaluate charging .50 cents per sauce. Come on now, at least .25 and a free one. This is getting ridiculous. I won’t be back

I placed a mobile order for 2 6 piece nugs and 2 chicken sandwiches. Everything was correct including the sandwich customization which I appreciate, however all the food was old and cold. I could have asked for it to be replaced but I didn’t have time. It’s on the staff to make sure they’re serving quality – or at least edible – food. I won’t be coming back here which is unfortunate because it’s near my house.
If you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it.

My order got messed up and I was way too tired to come back and replace it. I came next day and they promptly remade my items without any questions, which was very nice already, but then they offered me a frosty for my trouble without having to ask! Made me very happy! This is how you do customer service right! Just bought a house a mile away and this will be my go-to location. Thank you!

I ordered a 8$ burger. It was very small and I paid .70 extra cents to get extra cheese since my favorite part of cheeseburger is the cheese and I felt like it wasn’t going to have enough. Anyways they put no cheese on the burger. My oly complaint. Other than that she gave me a free drink for the wait and I wanted to buy 2 cookies and she gave me them for free since I was waiting for a while. I honestly was only there for a few minutes. She was extremely nice and friendly. Made me feel good and worth the cheese mistake lol. Also the cookies are delicious. My buddy I got a taco salad and instead of taco meat they just use there chili which is very odd. Like come on put some chopped burger meat or something. He’s like ” dude, I’m sad I paid 9$ for a taco salad, it should be called a chili salad” the salad was also very small. There prices are a bit ridiculous.

It was a Friday night and all through the suburb, the sit down restaurants were packed, but the fast food joints were hollow. This Wendy’s was completely empty when we showed up, and the speed of service was pretty quick!
The fries were hot and crispy delicious, but I gotta say my Dave’s Double was a pretty sad affair. The patties were thick and the texture was good but there was ZERO seasoning on them whatsoever. I had to sprinkle salt on my burger to make it tolerable, which embarrassing, so I’m glad the restaurant was empty that night. And what’s with that dreadfully thin, sad piece of lettuce? Just pathetic.
Ultimately it’s a 1 star burger with 5 star fries and pretty good service.

Last week I stopped at the Wendy on 727 S Cooper in Gilbert AZ. Service was great, from the young woman cashierwho apologized for the wait (there really wasn’t any, she was just filling a previous order) to the young man who gave me the order when ready. Everyone was so polite, respectful and quick! Food was hot, the young man even warned me the fries just came up so they were extra hot and to be careful.
As far as the food, they do a good job, it’s a fast food restaurant, and its quality is better than others. Everything cooked was hot and the drink was cold, just the way it should be.
Dining room was very clean.
They even brought out an order to a large table (8 people including several kids) instead of just calling out their name, since there was no line at the time. Exceptional service for this type of restaurant .
Really hoping this isn’t one of the restaurants they are going to cut. But if they do, they should try to keep the people working there, at another location, if possible.

I went through the drive-thru to get an order of fries for my daughter as a treat while we were out, that’s all I got was one large fry for us to split. When I got to the window I asked if I could have two ranches. The lady told me they’re $0.50 each. I asked if I wasn’t allowed one sauce for my fries without being charged. She said only ketchup. So basically even if you order food you don’t get any sauce except for ketchup without being charged an additional fee. Honestly, I’m not even a fan of Wendy’s food. It is just convenient because it’s by my house but the convenience isn’t even worth it in my opinion anymore. Wendy’s lost a customer.

Ordered $25 and some change worth. Saw the baconator picture on the menu. Ordered it and did not look like the picture at all. Bacon was chewy too and could tell the fries were old. Cheese wasn’t even fully melted ! I was also using a coupon for $5 off, she scanned it and noticed after that I was still charged the same amount before she scanned the coupon. Cheese from the sandwich also wasn’t even melted which means the chicken wasn’t even warm.

I’ve gone to this Wendys too many times to count. And when I originally started going here a couple years ago all was fine but now, the place has gone downhill quick. The staff is very blunt and the food quality is just horrible at this point. I got their chicken nuggets this last time and 9 of the 10 nuggets are overfried to the max. It just sucks that you can’t even get good chicken nuggets there like how do you mess that up
