Bring back the Blue Cheese Salad please
Had to start with that! But this location is great. My favourite sit down ambience of any fast food place in scottsboro!
We went this week to try the Mr Beast Box which was insane value at the price point this location has it for.
The coke freestyle machine in Zaxby’s always seems to have unique exclusive flavours so it’s definitely worth eating in!
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rarely is an order incorrect.

However, today’s trip was very, very disappointing.
If you’re reading this review, I recommend you go when there aren’t after-school kids working.
We spent $30 on the family meal deal, and our wings are hardly covered in sauce, mostly dry.
Your t-shirts say, ‘dippin got me trippin’, but I’m trippin, because my wings aren’t drippin.
Tried calling store, no answer. App won’t give me a refund. It’s like flushing money down the drain.

This Zazbys is not the cleanest one I’ve been in. The salad I got was good and they gave me 2 packs of dressings. It was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing, they should have had a dinning room attendant cleaning tables and sweeping the floors. I will think twice next time I am near there. Plenty of other places to eat.

Place an online order, got to the window no one acknowledged me for a few minutes, then was told to pull to a parking spot, wait 45 minutes had to go in twice and they gave me the wrong order.

Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries, a Nibbler, and a Peach Tea. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries were, by far, the worst thing I’ve ever been tricked into ordering from Zaxby’s. Not only were they dry and cold, but they had almost no ranch at all. Worse still, there was only half a piece of bacon on the entire thing. Not even crumbled up or anything, just sitting there, limp and alone. I thought surely there must be more under the fries. But there was not. It cost $7.99 and they couldn’t put more than half a piece of bacon and an ounce of ranch.
As for the Nibbler, it was dry, tough, and had almost no sauce. The Peach Tea, which cost $3.59, was basic and barely sweet. Definitely significantly overpriced. They also forgot two sauces that they charged for, as usual.
In addition to all this, I felt very sick within 30 minutes of only eating half of it. So I would avoid the Scottsboro Zaxby’s, unless you like getting scammed and poisoned.

Got the Wings and Things as usual and it was great, the biggest flaw was probably that the chicken was too fresh (because boy was it HOT!) Trenton, the guy working the register was so nice and respectful (which is a rarity to see in a fast food restaurant nowadays), and in my opinion deserves a raise. He called every one of the members of our group “sir” and “ma’am”, and even came out and apologized for some food that was taking too long! 5 Stars.

Sorry service. I sit at the drive thru window for 5 minutes and after sitting there .while the employees were just standing around talking asked me to pull up. Then I sit another 15 minutes waiting on my food.i had to end up going in and getting it. They didn’t even know what I had ordered, they tried giving me half of my order. When I got the food I opened mine up and the fries were ice cold. If you wait 20 minutes on food you expect it to be hot when you get it.Not to mention they were out of Dr pepper, diet Dr pepper and didn’t offer to put lemon flavor in my sweet tea. I will never be back to Zaxby’s in Scottsboro. They are rude . They don’t care how long someone has to wait. Drive thru is supposed to be quick but I could have went in to a steak house and probably received my food faster. I didn’t think it took 20 minutes to cook my food. And the funny thing is several cars behind me received there food. It’s chicken fingers.probabaly what everyone ordered but for some reason I was the one that had to wait. Didn’t even get an apology for having to wait or having to come in and get my own food after going through drive thru

I used to love going here. It was so clean and the people were so nice. It has really gone downhill. It is totally disgusting and feisty/ Filthy in there.There is never a clean table to be found. The health department should go in there and shut the place down. That’s how filthy it is. It’s disgusting..disgusting disgusting.
