Stopped by Dunkin for a quick pit stop on the way and used the drive-through. Ordered a coffee, avocado toast, and a vanilla cream donut.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The avocado toast didn’t taste good, the donut wasn’t fresh, and overall all three items lacked flavor. Even the coffee was underwhelming, which isn’t what you expect when you’re stopping in for a quick boost.
Convenient for a fast stop, but the quality and taste didn’t meet expectations this time.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ Donuts, grabbing my daily black coffee with caramel and cold foam. Usually, it’s fine, but today I had a really disappointing experience. The coffee tasted watered down, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, I basically got the same thing again. When I pointed it out, the staff member dismissed my concern by saying they sell a thousand coffees a day without complaints, implying my feedback didn’t matter.
I understand they were busy, but that doesn’t mean my issue should be treated like it’s insignificant. Every customer’s experience matters, and a respectful response goes a long way. I really hope they take customer feedback more seriously and ensure that their quality is consistent.

I’ve been to several different locations between IL and IN, and this location is the only one that makes my coffee correctly. It doesn’t matter if I use the app or not, my coffee tastes great! If I go to another location, and use the app, my coffee is terrible. If I don’t use the app, at any other location, it’s guaranteed to be terrible. I guess the other locations have different definitions of extra sugar, or they measure it differently. The people that work at this location are extremely nice too. I forgot my wallet once, panicked, and told them that I’d be right back. When I came back, I was told that I didn’t have to do that, and I could’ve paid them the next time. You don’t find that at many businesses nowadays.

I ordered a caramel craze for my wife the first girl knew what it was, but seemed inexperienced. A lady then took over that could not understand English well.she asked me if it was a Latte and I confirmed.She typed in the modifications and also too my coffee order. so…. The latte was rung in as a iced coffee and was completely incorrect by every measure, plus the espresso seemed old. My latte also tasted like it had been on the burner for hours, but at least they put in at least twice the bacon in the snaking bacon and put another order’s worth on the avocado toast.

Going for 10 years between this one on Kennedy and my local on Indy back when I used 80-94 b4 new job led me East. I know the staff. The AGM, the GM. 6 of the staff know me, my voice, personality. They know my Iced and my unique Hot Cocoa order by heart. Todays iced coffee in the Pic was 120% amazing and made fresh with Care! I had a very disappointing experience today. I asked for my sandwich to be fixed because it was made incorrectly, and the gentleman at the counter got upset with me for simply asking. On top of that, he charged me $2 extra just to correct their mistake. That’s unacceptable. Customers should not be treated with attitude .

This was disgusting. They messed up one donut order (im sick with a virus) and this indian dude waa not aware but i went in and told them that it was nit my order and he grabbed the donut from my bag and put it back on the rack. I touched that donut with no washed hands. That is a health violation (biohazard) and someones def gonna get sick now. Yall need ti train yall people right because that is sick.
