The drive through is experiencing difficulties right now, but when you come up to the window, the gentleman is nice and clearly takes your order. The Mac and chicken was not on the menu, but he suggested nuggets and mac and cheese, which my son said was the same thing, essentially.
They were pretty quick, and brought it out to my car. Parking lot is tight, though.

I went earlier this day and the gentleman at the front was very accommodating, since it has been a while when I was last at a kfc. Even helped me make my order at a better price! The quality of the food was definitely to my taste, and the small cake, although given to my wife, very delightful. I just wish I could give something higher than 5 stars, because they definitely deserve it.

There’s a reason this location has a 3 star rating. They have forgotten items in both my recent orders. The chicken is dry, and the “strips” I got were too thin and small. I will not be returning, and will be going to the Kent location instead.

Self service was easy to use. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Potato wedges were very dry, bowl was pretty greasy, but tasted pretty good.

They were extremely rude to four people we saw walk in. (Older black lady, older guy, and a family of 2 I believe) We were sitting down and eating (food definitely wasn’t properly cooked. Forgot sauces which isn’t that big of a deal but still.) And the food wasn’t good at all but it might just be kfc in general who knows. They also have an odd staring problem

Ordered the hot wings special 8 for $4.99. What a deal and the place has been redone inside. Clean, bright and the wings were excellent. The staff was friendly and asked if they could do anything to make my visit better. Wow, you don’t get that now days.

Came in for lunch, the chicken was not cooked all the way through, tried to speak with a worker who did not care, walked away and said I can leave if I don’t like it. Will definitely not return to this location. Just wondering how many people have actually got sick just from eating here

This is what they gave me. I ordered ahead of time to pick up at 9pm, one before their closing. They said it wasn’t ready at 9:30pm, fine got it around 9:40pm and drove home thinking all was fine. But nope, I’m not sure what made them think this was okay to do? Like why would you serve someone this instead of telling them that you don’t have anything left? It would have been easier to cancel.
