My friend recommended this hidden gem, so we decided to hit it up together. At first I thought “what in the hole-in-the wall”, and literally it was.
So we ordered multiple items to try it all, and wow! When they say don’t judge a book by its cover, I suggest you leave that at the door before you come.
The food was heavens on earth. The service was just as good. Every item we tried was delicious to the soul. You got to try it out and see and taste for yourself! Be spontaneous and give it a try!

I stopped by Big Belly Hibachi food truck in Fresno, Texas and was seriously impressed. I ordered the chicken fried rice and the chicken & vegetable yakisoba — both were absolutely delicious. The quality was top-notch, the portions were generous, and everything was cooked perfectly.
You can really tell the owner takes pride in what he does. He was very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to love serving his customers. That kind of attitude makes the food taste even better.
This is officially on my go-to list whenever I’m in Fresno. Highly recommend checking them out!

Its a food truck so I couldnt rank high on atmosphere but its an unexpected surprise of quality and service. Ive had hibachi around the country and id rather eat here than anywhere else. Rice is good. Veggies good. Portions goooood.

I will openly admit skepticism seeing a hibachi food truck near me. But I was dying for good hibachi and didn’t want to drive all the way into sugar land or pearland. So we gave Juan and Big Belly Hibachi a try. We are lifelong customers now. Yall. This food is to die for. Amazing fast service and food is fresh cooked to order. We ordered 4 plates and 2 sushi rolls and the portions were so big we couldn’t finish them. Which turned into the best freaking left overs next day too for the record. You NEED this in your life! Kudos chef! Well done!

This place is located on the property of a tire shop. So it’s well hidden from view of the street. ↪️You definitely want to try their food. It’s cooked fresh to order. The food is flavorful and delicious! I’m usually next door at Annie’s Cottage for line dancing on Friday or Saturday.

Listen! If you are anywhere in the area of Fresno, Rosharon or close you must go! This food is spectacular, nothing short of amazing. Portion size, sauces, like yum yum, Siracha, and chili oil. The sauces are NOT needed. We were going in & almost forgot to get pics. We’ll be back asap.

I had the chicken and steak hibachi. It was great. I would have preferred to have less rice, more vegetables and meat, but I did get to eat off that plate 3 good meals. The sushi rolls are the bomb too and a good price. I believe that you will be satisfied with the food if you try it.

First time trying Big Belly today and they did not disappoint. I had the chicken and steak fried rice , chicken fried fried rice and egg rolls. Everything was seasoned to prefection.The amount of food is ridiculous and it was ready in about 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back , next time I’m trying the noodles..

Went here a few times for the michi cups with shrimp and cucumber, absolutely delicious. Finally tried their sushi and it’s so mouthwatering, I got a side of eel sauce not knowing how spicy the spicy mayo would be. I didn’t even need, so saucy and crispy on the inside. I will definitely be here soon and the price is so good!!!
