I’ve ordered online several times, but unfortunately, the orders have consistently been incorrect. I ordered chicken and received pork, requested brown rice and got white rice instead—almost every item was wrong. This has been very disappointing and needs serious improvement.

I visited the restaurant today, and the cashier laughed at me when she said she didn’t understand my order, looking at her friend while making fun. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I can only give 1 star for this kind of service.

There is one employee who consistently is awful, bad enough I will leave and not order food when she is there. She makes no eye contact, does not listen to you when you order, and looks like she would rather be anywhere else but at work. half scoops of every ingredient, and when you ask for a little more she looks at you like she could not care less and adds a literal drop more. Received, not exaggerating, a tablespoon of meat and the burrito fell apart. Have been there 3 times and its the same experience. Very disappointing.

It’s refreshing to find a Chipotle where everything works well and smoothly. Several other locations around Boston have deteriorated, perhaps due to staffing shortage. But this place still runs smoothly, clean interiors, quiet atmosphere (no loud music), good service, juice and soda fountains in good working order, clean restrooms (without having to ask for a code).
I wish that Chipotle would offer more options on the menu, maybe chicken that is less burnt, and tofu that is not spicy. Still very good experience and value

Pathetic place, run by terribly incompetent individuals. Today they messed up my order, my partners order, and after all that, I found a hair in burrito. When I took the burrito back to them the manager very promptly offered a refund as if this happens everyday. Disgusted, and never coming back.

I’m a regular here for lunch and sometimes it’s really good, other times just passable. Burrito bowl is usually tasty and a safe bet, but it seems like based on who’s working the quality of food and service varies quite a bit. Jan 2020, quality continues to drop. A few unfriendly staff members and salt chunks frequently in the food. Blah, i think I’m done here.

Everything was great. Only thing was that the trash was piled feet above the overflowing trash cans. I really like Chipotle in general. This one doesn’t disappoint. The cleanliness could be better though.

I eat in Chipotle very often. But not in this branch. Food is very good. But I was confused when I came there around 9. The restaurant work time until 11pm. But dining room is working until 8:30. Is it a joke?
Im an uber driver. I just needed 5-10 minutes to eat it. I asked them To allow me to seat, and eat it quickly. But still NO.
