I’m honestly not sure what has recently changed, but the customer service at this location isn’t what it used to be. When I first started coming here a few years ago, the service was top-tier—friendly, consistent, and professional. Lately, though, it feels like most of the staff have bad attitudes, unless it’s the mid-morning crew with the two managers working…then the energy is noticeably better.
It’s really disheartening because this location is so convenient, and I genuinely love the coffee. However, the overall vibe has gone downhill. If you mention that an order is wrong or that the drink tastes off, the response and energy you get are just unpleasant.The amount of money I spend at Starbucks doesn’t justify the rudeness & lack of customer service.
I actually find myself driving a few minutes up to the Beacon location now because their customer service is top-notch and the staff always seem happy to be there. I truly hope management takes a closer look at what’s going on here this used to be one of the best Starbucks experiences around.

The people are nice, but I decided to try this location again after several disappointing experiences where I threw away or didn’t finish my coffee, but because it was on the route for our trip I did, and I shouldn’t have because I was disappointed yet again. The cold brew consistently tastes burnt and the order is not made right, it tastes like they just didn’t put one of the ingredients. If you don’t mind burning 5-10 bucks on a coffee and it tasting totally different than it should then go ahead and come here, but if you like to enjoy your coffee I would go somewhere else. The whole point of Starbucks being a chain is that they are consistent and this location is consistently not good.
It also took 15 minutes to get my order, while I watched 6 other coffees get made and put out.

Been coming to this location since they open, and I’ used to love it!!! But today was the worse experience ever…. I went through the drive thru, I start ordening and the lady who was taking my order was giving me a bad attitude, I let go I finish my order I go through the window I pay and then she starts giving me my order… one of my orders was wrong, I let her know that I order a vanilla cream cold brew with vanilla foam on top as soon as tell her that instead of offering a remake replied with a you didn’t say that when you order… I told her a did… she gives me a nasty attitude… her face expressions were bad .. like she didn’t wanted to be there… I ask her if she was having a bad they and then she replies with a ARE YOU HAVING A BAD DAY… then I told her that I wanted to talk to a manager she said there was no manager only a shift leader!!! When shift leader comes to me I stared explaining what happen, I tod her her employee gave me a bad attitude and that it look that she was having a bad day. Shift leader says that I couldn’t be saying that… I told her that it was a bad customer service… she told me that the only thing I had to say was if I wanted a remake!!!! I ask for corporate phone number and she didn’t want to give to me , she only reply that I could look it up my self online!!!! I ask for her name she said it was Emely.. I ask for the lady who took my orders name and she didn’t want to give to me!!!!! While they were remaking my drink I could hear them whispering and looking at me… this is unacceptable!!! Horrible experience… nasty attitude.. bad customer service…. Never coming back to this location again!!! They should train shift leaders and employees to respect customers… and traet them in a nice way!!!! Definitely bad… if I could give a 0 star that Would be my rating!!!!

The staff is rude and unhelpful. I wanted to leave but they had already took my $10. Four staff members and I was the only person in line, I waited four minutes for someone to acknowledge me and another eight minutes for my drink. When I asked for my money back, she said I had to wait and kept her back to me until my drink was ready. I am frustrated but genuinely feel like the drink tastes horrible. I Order the same thing all the time so why is it taste like crap today?

I rarely write negative reviews, but I believe feedback helps businesses improve. I ordered a Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino and the person taking the order kept asking if I want it caffeinated, to which I replied three times “No, I do not want caffeine“. When I was given my drink, I was surprised to receive a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino instead. I let Emily know about the mistake, and she told me that “there’s no such thing as a Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino—they’re the same drink.” She went on to insist again that the drink didn’t exist, which simply isn’t true.
I explained that if I had been told they didn’t offer the drink I wanted, I would have chosen something else. I did not agree to a Mocha Cookie Crumble. Emily’s attitude came across as dismissive and rude, and it seems she could use additional training—both on the menu and on customer service.
Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning.

Was passing through area and needed my Starbucks fix. Saw this little gem although if you blink you could miss it. They show a lot of military support and the staff were super friendly. This is a reserve store so they have more unique blends made to order via pour over. But they still made my simple americano just the same.
I would definitely make this my hometown store if I lived here.
