I went thru drive thru. Horrible service, I should of kept going but I didn’t. My food was absolutely horrible. Chicken sandwich was old n dry. My tender meal chicken was very very very old. I was able to eat one piece. And that is because I was starving. ….23.63…..not cheap!

I placed an online order. I live 2 miles away from this store and my food still arrived cold. They forgot part of my order as well. I called KFC 1-800 number and they only want to offer me a 50% refund instead of redelivering my order. This is some bs. Do not order from this location. I wish I read the reviews for this location before I ordered from there. Customers beware this location is trash.

At 6:08 I placed a pickup order. I received an email the order would be ready at 6:12. I arrived at the store at 6:15. There were 5 people waiting on orders they placed while in the restaurant and 2 other people waiting on pickup orders. There was one main guy taking and filling orders one girl at the drive thru, one guy constantly busy making chicken sandwiches, and 2 guys in the back cooking chicken and fries, and one useless girl who just stood around walking back and forth behind the counter and would not talk to any customers. I had to wait 4-5 minutes just to get the main guy to ask me for the order name and tell me it would be up shortly. That was at 6:20. 2 of the 5 people who ordered at the store told me they had waited over 15 minutes. That was at 6:25. One person had ordered a pot pie and after paying and waiting for 10 minutes was told it was still 8 more minutes. That was at 6:27. The first lady waiting on her pickup order got her order about 6:30. From when I arrived until 6:30, 3 more people came into the store, ordered, and left with their order. At 6:30 the guy in front of me waiting on his pickup order asked the counter staff about that and all they did was ask for his name again and asked if he was at the right store. He finally got his order around 6:38. So at 6:45 I ask the useless girl again about my order and she asked for my name. She told the main guy and he asked me if I had the right store. I said yes, you checked me in at 6:20 and it’s now 6:45 and I still don’t have my order. The drive thru girl, useless girl and main guy all loudly responded at the same time and I had to ask them to speak one at a time. The main guy told me my order was bumped so I asked if I should get my order free and I just got blank stares from the staff. I asked for cups and drink holder so I could get drinks while waiting for the order. They only gave me two cups and I said I ordered 3 drinks so with no apology I was handed another cup. I also had to ask again for a drink holder. The drink area was a mess and the lemonade and non-carbonated drinks were out of order. At 6:50 I got my order and no apologies by any KFC staff were given. In fact, they didn’t say a word. Additionally, when I got the food home we noticed that the 2 pc extra crispy white was a 2 pc original dark. I will never visit or order from that KFC again.

We ordered KFC on a Sunday night since we’re a family of 6 so we could focus on getting the kids ready for school the next day and whatever else needed to be done before the start of the work week. We ordered our food online for pick up at 7:40 PM. KFC doesn’t close until 11 PM. Our order consisted of a 12 piece meal with 2 mash potatoes, 2 wedges, 1 Cole slaw, and 2 Mac n cheese. My husband goes to pick up our food and the guy says he gave us 1 extra mashed potato bc they were out of fries and wedges and didn’t want to drop more into the fryer. That’s literally what the guy said to my husband. WTH??? So my husband asks him for 2 since we had ordered 2 sides of wedges not just one. The guy was silent for a good minute before he finally said okay. Then we get home and the biscuits are so over done they’re as hard as rocks. I know they’re usually not super soft but we couldn’t even bite into these. I haven’t gone to KFC in a long time bc in the past I’ve had several issues but I figured I’d give them another shot since it’s been so long. This is just a good reminder why I stopped going. I’m not trying to bash them, but the bad service is enough for me to recommend people elsewhere.

I am done with this place. For the past month my orders been messed up. The chicken is old and the skin is falling off. The macaroni was burnt as if it was the bottom of the pan. I asked for a tea, they gave me pepsi. I asked for a diet pepsi, they would give me a lemonade. The biscuits taste like raw dough. For this to be in Speedway, you would’ve thought it would be a 4 star or above restaurant but its not. It’s been 3 times in a row that my food was messed up. It won’t be a 4th.

Im a senior citizen. Ive been eating KFC for over 50 years. But i haven’t eaten any for long time. I was pleasantly surprised that the taste is still very good. So, thanks for still having that same delicious flavor! Im a big fan of the original chicken wings and slaw!

First, door says lobby open til 10pm, got kicked out at 8:50pm.. ordered a couple of order of tenders for kids, when I got the order, since I had to eat at home, they got spicy wings, nuggets were burnt. The guys at front didnt event wanted to take our order, so we had to go to the kiosk, real rude people working here.
Employees sitting at dining area while we waited 20+ min for our order.

The cashier was arguing with an older guy that was before me but one of the kitchen guys came out and started to get things going and was polite and made sure it got calm. It was the second kfc I went to because washing street closed down and told us they are only taking internet orders. I’m disappointed that KFC can’t train staff to handle the job without losing their minds.

This place gets a 8 out 10 because they will get your order wrong. I placed a doordash order yesterday, and I wanted 3 piece white and received all dark meat. This is not the first time this has happened. I would have called up there, but they DON’T answer the phone. I had to call them before because they charged my debit card twice. After making multiple attempts, I just went up there.
