Even though it’s a food truck, it felt like it could be a hole in a wall you’ll find in S.Korea. Got the spicy squid, perfectly portion had a great amount of squid in it. It had fresh kimchi not the fermented kind (it tasted like that) which was good and refreshing. Also had the stir fry chop steak, it was perfectly marinated and soft to eat, the sauce is what makes it, perfect with the rice. Overall enjoyed our meal. Glad we stumbled upon it.

I recently tried out this awesome Korean food truck, and I have to say, their kimchi fried rice was amazing! The flavors were spot on – spicy, tangy, and just the right amount of savory. You could tell they use really fresh ingredients because everything tasted so delicious.
But what really made the experience special were the ladies running the truck. They were super friendly and treated everyone like family

I had the garlic shrimp and kalbi plate. It was super delicious and warming. The ladies in the truck were lovely as well, answering my questions, and giving me extra kambi without me asking!
It was full on raining whilst I was getting my food at around 2pm. So I ate my food in the car, but that didn’t bother me much.

I went on 26 DEC for lunch while doing some post Christmas shopping. Spicy stir fried squid has always been one of my favorite Korean dishes and when it is available on a menu, I will order it 75% of the time.
Service was very fast. There were 2 Korean ladies working the truck and I was able to converse with them in Korean. Given the option of spicy or mild, I always pick spicy for any spicy dish. Took the clam shell container and sat down on one of the covered picnic tables and enjoyed my meal. Things that could be improved was replacing some of the Hawaiian themed sides like macaroni salad with a more authentic korean side like a different kimchee. Overall, the food tasted fine, just wished there was a little more squid and stir fried vegetables. The flavor overall is very reminiscent of the stir fried squid at Palama but the portion size is slightly smaller.

Great food, love their spicy squid and citron drink! Auntie was kind to recommend other options. Also spicy level could be adjusted as request ❤️

Nope nope nope.. I ordered the stir fry chop steak and you tell me whether or not it looks like this photo they’re showing. I sub the rice with noodles -which they give you that option by the way, and even told the lady that it doesn’t even look at the photo showing. She didn’t care what i said nor didn’t give any of the sides either. Take your money elsewhere!

As a Korean, I have to say that the gimbap at this restaurant was the worst I’ve ever had. It had only three ingredients – ham, pickled radish, and bell pepper – and the quality did not justify the price. I feel like I was ripped off.

Love the cute look of this little food truck! You wouldn’t guess it but this is where to get the best garlic shrimp on the island. Big, juicy plump shrimps and a good amount of them on a plate with hot rice and the best Kim chi I’ve tasted on the island. The two ladies in charge were so kind and even gave us extra rice when they saw I was sharing with my daughter. So kind!

A bit on the pricey side but taste-wise was pretty good. Portions are decent. I got the special combo plate with kimchee fried rice and hamburger steak.

I had a great lunch at the Yellow Kitchen food truck, ordered the Fish, Egg, and Vegetable mix with rice, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fantastic, and it made for a perfect gluten and dairy-free meal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty, healthy option on the go
