Third times a charm! So it’s time to say something! Ordered from DoorDash and had no hot sauce delivered with the order. Its the first thing listed on the receipt, so is it that hard to put it the bag! That’s 12 of the 21 items we ordered not delivered!

Added beans on two tacos and didn’t get a single bean on ether one!

You pay more then regular menu price for DoorDash just to get horrible service! You thing the owners of this store would be appreciative of the added income and make sure things get done right!

This is the worst taco bell in the area. I live 2 minutes from this one and still go more out of my way to go to literally any other taco bell. Constantly messed up orders and hair in my food on multiple different occasions. I go back to this store every once in a while to see if they got new workers who care enough to do the bare minimum but I have never seen improvement. Avoid this location at all costs.

This Taco Bell honestly is not good. The workers are so angry especially the one girl that working today she did not speak nicely and handed everything to me very aggressively. And I asked for no sour cream and they still gave me sour cream. The Taco Bell on 7800th is just so much better and you guys should strive to be like them cuz u guys suck at ur job.

Went to use a simple coupon but the person at the counter refused to believe the math on the calculator on how much 4 bean burritos at $1.49 cost. The answer if you had 4th grade math is $5.96. They think its $6.76 which would be $1.69 per burrito lmao. I ended up getting a refund because they thought they were right and the calculator was wrong. Go to the taco bell north of this one if you want no hassles.

We go to this taco bell all the time and Everytime the order is wrong. my boyfriend has issues with lettuce and we always ask for it plain, it never is. Today same thing we check our food before driving away and there was lettuce so we went back and they “fixed it” we got new tacos and they also had lettuce. This has happened so many times!

As long-time fans of Taco Bell, we’ve always appreciated the delicious food, quick service, and budget-friendly prices that the chain offers. It’s been a staple for our midday cravings and late-night munchies alike. However, our recent visits have introduced a significant change that has left us feeling a bit uneasy.

The introduction of self-service kiosks and the removal of real live cashiers have transformed the experience into something that feels rather strange and impersonal. While the kiosks are efficient and user-friendly, they can’t replace the warm, human interaction we used to enjoy. Part of the charm of visiting Taco Bell was the friendly service and small talk with the cashiers. Now, it feels like yet another step in the direction of automation, which, although efficient, lacks a personal touch.

In terms of food quality, Taco Bell continues to deliver. The tacos are always flavorful, the burritos are packed with fillings, and the variety of options means there’s something for everyone. Our favorites, like the Crunchwrap Supreme and the Doritos Locos Tacos, are consistently delicious. The customization options also allow us to tweak our orders just the way we like them.

Service remains quick, and we do appreciate the efficiency the kiosks bring, especially during busy hours when the lines used to move slowly. However, the absence of cashiers has taken away that human element that makes dining out enjoyable. It’s a subtle but noticeable change that affects the overall dining experience.

In conclusion, while Taco Bell continues to be our go-to spot for a quick, tasty meal, the shift towards a more automated system has made the experience less personal. We hope that Taco Bell considers striking a balance between efficiency and human interaction to bring back a little of the warmth and friendliness we all appreciate. Despite this change, Taco Bell remains a solid choice for satisfying our taco cravings.

this taco bell honestly just sucks. the workers hate their lives, my food manages to get messed up somehow about everytime. I’m typing this while i’ve been waiting no exaggeration 10 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos. not to mention the service is terrible they won’t respond to anything you say even when it’s thank you.

Ordered a black bean crunchwrap with no sour cream and ended up with no black beans instead… super disappointed because this place has gone downhill lately.

Can you guys ever get an order right?
1) Spicy tostada doesn’t mean a beef taco.
2) Spicy tostada with an Mexican pizza shell doesn’t mean two regular corn taco shells.
3) Mild sauce doesn’t mean hot sauce.

I get home disappointed to find out that I’m not served what I’ve asked and paid for.

Not returning to this location anymore.
