Gina was an exemplary example of quality customer service. I knows it’s fast food but it’s real and kind hearted workers that make a day where you’re getting fast not so bad.

Ok the food is always hot. Love that. But they always messing up something or forgetting. If you mobile order make sure you check your food before getting all the way home. That’s so annoying.

LA Rams had a promotion that gave away free Famous Star burgers for Carl’s Jr My Rewards members. My family signed up, and we went to pick up our burgers. This cashier lady at the counter refused to give us our burgers simply because we didn’t “pay money” for them. We provided our order numbers, but the lady insisted on the “confirmation numbers,” which do not exist. After explaining that there were no such “confirmation numbers,” the lady threw two Famous Star burgers on the counter and told us to take them and leave as if we were begging for food. Later, she changed her story, claiming that no orders had been received in the system. She blatantly lied about not receiving our orders when the burgers were already made. We asked for the manager and, at first, were told that the manager would be in 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes, but still no manager, and the lady just ignored us. Her attitude was extremely rude, and treated us like some sub-humans because we ordered free burgers with the LA Rams promotion. Disgusting!

Breakfast burritos taste good, and good value. Asked for my chris cut fries well done, and since drive thru chick was just standing around waiting for burritos to be made, figured fries were in fryer cooking. Boy was I wrong. Fries were lukewarm, and tasted horrible. They definitely needed to change the grease in their deep fryer.

The lady working the drive thru today in the afternoon was so rude. She shouldn’t be working there. Placed an online order and when I came inside, the ticket was still on the printer and she gave me attitude saying they just got it. Only person trying to charge for ranch

I’ve been coming to this Carl’s for quite some time to order iced coffee or food. This is by far the weirdest experience I’ve had. I ordered an iced coffee and the gentleman from the drive through said they don’t have flavored iced coffee. As I pull up to the window I can tell Jose is a new worker and not properly trained. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

The food was good, but really the only reason I went was for the Super Star combo they have advertised on a huge banner on the front of the store. It says $7.99, so you can imagine my surprise when 2 combos came to $33 bucks! I was told that special is not going on anymore, however, the sign is there and as big as ever! Poor cashiers have to deal with having to explain to customers because management doesn’t do their job! If it’s not $7.99, it’s OK, but take the sign down then! That’s really not cool, at all!

I ordered two Cali XL by mobile order and pick it up by drive throw. After I come back to work, gave to my team. I found my team are eating famous star instead of Cali. It is very disappointing the service.

I’m from out of town and this is better than in and out burger in my opinion. Always hot and fresh. The two times I went to in and out, the food was cold; they even burned the bread one of those times. I got the iced lemonade and it tastes like they use real lemons. I hope yall are paying your workers accordingly.

the owners of this franchise are the greediest people. carls jr is expensive but you get skimped on basically everything. this location doesnt even make the monster biscuits right, the monster biscuit is supposed to have 2 folded eggs but this place only puts one in. not the employees’ fault, the owners are the problem.

edit: i’m sure another problem is the way that carl’s jr is run at the corporate level, and that they attempt to force franchisees to extract as much money from customers as possible.
