First time here, I was in the area and wanted to check something new out. I walked in and it was clean and very welcome diner vibes. I was welcomed by a pretty woman with reddish brown hair behind the counter very pretty smile. I told her what I was in the mood for and she was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Her name was Bre she was awesome! And she was working with Sania they work so well together! I got the Philly cheesesteak with fries. The fries were PERFECT!! extra crispy and in addition to that they have a fridge full of sauces. It’s a help yourself and it’s genius! I tried the orange Boom boom sauce sooo good! And even Tony’s sauce delish!! Very flavorful! Will def come back! Great customer service! Quick easy and delicious! And the sandwich was really large for a 6 inch! Fully loaded! Thank you

Don’t judge a book by its cover. Tony’s is tough to see from Preston but don’t drive past it. This place is great. I got the #2 with mushrooms and it was exactly what a cheesesteak needs to be. The fries are great as well. The Tony’s sauce is a little like Arby’s sauce but spicerer. Highly recommend you pick up a book next door and grab a cheesesteak, you won’t regret it.

I have never been to Philly before, but this was the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Every part of the sandwich was perfect from the texture to the taste. The fries were also 100% the best fries I’ve ever had, perfect crisp on every fry.

So I got a mushroom cheesesteak sandwich that was $12, and I got an order of egg rolls which were $8. After getting the sandwich I was definitely a little disappointed because for $12 I expected a big sandwich and this thing was not big. If I’m going based on the size I would say the sandwich is worth about $8 not $12.
The sandwich tasted good but was nothing to write home about. The Cheesesteak egg rolls were fresh and Flaky and really good. Although for $8 I would have expected at least four egg rolls instead of three. Overall I do not think it is worth spending your money here.
And I think all of these reviews that say these are the best cheesesteaks are exaggerated. I think all of these people are the same type of people who Jack in the Box is good.

Big Tony’s West Philly Cheesesteaks are absolutely the best around. I live 40 minutes from the Allen location and drive there periodically due to how delicious they are.
I have brought most of my out of town guests to Big Tony’s and on their return trip another time, they insist on going for another sandwich and fries. My son in law is a pilot for one of the local airlines and when he has time to stay over in Dallas, I pick him up and we go to Tony’s. (Yes, it’s that good!!)
I will eat a large #4 (extra meat) and mushrooms while I am there and order another one to have a day or two later and/or have for lunch another day with my wife.
The personnel at both of Tony’s locations are always nice.

This is my first time trying Big Tony’s. I found them on doordash and am pleasantly surprised! You can tell without even visiting the location it’s homey vibes and passion for good food! Definitely will be returning with my husband and can’t wait to support this amazing business! A MUST TRY, so check them out!

Had a craving for food from my childhood. Being from the North East, fish frys, NY pizza, and Buffalo wings are limited in DFW. Luckily I stumbled across Big Tony’s. The Philly Cheese Steaks are the real deal. Delicious. Was nice taking a walk down memory lane through great food.

The #2 Cheese steak was good! Definitely one of the better ones I’ve had in Dallas.
The spicy fries could have been spicier for me personally but they’ve got a whole fridge of sauces for that.
Service was good, felt like real hospitality as opposed to the saccharine corporate service that a lot of chains make their employees do. Which I personally appreciate.

Already have a review up for this same issue under my other email address. This guy is still giving me a hard time over ketchup packets after I just spent $15 on one sandwich and one order of fries and left a five-dollar tip, so $20 all together. When I placed my order I said to the girl I didn’t want Tony sauce and I only wanted extra ketchup packets. I looked in the bag and there’s Tony sauce in there. Just like on my last review, in this economy the last thing you want to do is be wasting any kind of product. So for a customer to blatantly tell you NO Tony sauce and only extra ketchup packets but still put it in my bag just tells me how dense you are. I already spoke to the older black lady and she apologized profusely and told me that no, it is not an issue and she will speak to this employee. Well this employee obviously thinks he runs things when she’s not present and doesn’t adhere to his managers instructions. That is disgusting employee. This is what your business is being reduced to over some ketchup packets? I used to come here three times a week. Do the math! Now I’m only coming once every couple of months. So you’re allowing your employees to lose you hundreds and hundreds of dollars in business OVER KETCHUP PACKETS. It’s the principal at this point. I am a general manager of a restaurant and I know for a fact a case of 1,000 ketchup packets cost maybe $30. So 1,000 is how much? Not even a whole penny per packet and you’re allowing this employee to lose you hundreds and hundreds of dollars over ketchup packets. I will definitely never come back here again now. And if anybody asks me, I will send them to Fred’s. Thank you.
