Why are we only having 1 person working at noon on a Monday? Waiting for a mobile order, DoorDash guy is waiting. Others are waiting. People in line walked out. Simply not enough help. Do better.

I went to order a Meatball sub and asked to substitute the mozzarella cheese with American slices … The older gentleman told me I couldn’t change it it’s already on the sandwich… then gave the cheese to a gentleman working that was eating in the lobby .. then proceeded to throw bacon on my sandwich…. I never once asked for bacon … I told him I didn’t want bacon and said your food is not visible due to a giant silver covering the window view. I told him I cannot see the sandwich. He then told me “that’s not my problem” so I told him he was disrespectful and left without purchasing my food. Very rude service. I was the only customer in the store.

I left a review here a few weeks ago and the store literally deleted it. The owner’s son, who claims to be volunteering there, harassed me the entire time I was in the store, ALONE. Mind you, I am a 22 year old woman, alone in a store, being asked to hangout outside of work, and being told that he could keep me “loyal and genuine”. While I started to show discontent on my face, he literally said “don’t worry I won’t touch you”…. like what????
He also kept insinuating that he would give me free food, he put two jalapeños that I did NOT ask for and claimed they were “one for me one for him”. What if I was allergic???? After, he refused to put extra sauce on my sandwich because I asked for extra, he put regular and looked at me asking if it was enough, I was uncomfortable so I said sure. He says “but that’s regular amount?? so I said okay you can put more, to which he responded “No you already said it was enough”. Can you please stop playing tricks around people’s food?? He also asked me for my number about 6 times and didn’t take no for an answer. He’s a creep and I will continue reposting this. The fact that the store felt ok to delete a review because their son is a creep just shows that you should avoid this location.

Subway had been my goto convenience meal for years. My favorite of all in the franchise is in Northland Shopping Center. A young lady works there who is an absolute gem! She is pleasant, personable, and perfect every time. I can count on getting a satisfying, nutritious sandwich, and l have NEVER been disappointed. I am always amazed with how proficient she is and she can actually make my order, including all the goodies l like to pile on, from memory. I can always count on her making my visit to this store a pleasant experience.

Good when they’re open but whoever closes always closes early. I’ll show up at 8-8:30 when they close at 9 and I’m told to leave or the lights are off

Not a great experience with this location at all. I chose delivery and never got my food delivered. Tried to call the location and they said there was nothing they could do about it, and that I had to call the delivery people for resolution. I called the delivery people and they state that I would see a refund from Subway in 3-5 days. Almost 2 weeks later and still no refund. This Subway site does delivery, this site should be responsible for the redund. I will never use this Subway site again. And yes I have been telling all my friends and co workers about my experience. I ordered for my whole office and am out $45. I will choose another Subway location that is out of my way, before I go to this one.

The staff was so grumpy and waited on people who got their after me before finishing waiting on me. I was the only person in the place when I got there, and by the time she finished making my sub, she was already helping two other people and not ringing me up for my sub or getting me my cookies. The cookies tasted like all of the other cookies in the display as opposed to tasting like chocolate chip cookies. The bottled Gatorade was the best part of my experience, although I have to say I was happy that the girl cut my sub in half and placed it in two separate baskets as she noticed I was splitting my sub with someone else.

We were the only customers waiting in the store. Our order had been ready but the employees did not call our name nor let us know. After a couple of minutes, I approached the counter to ask about our order and get it, but the employee was not friendly and polite at all. The restroom was also very nasty, the toilet was clogged and full of paper towels inside. Very disappointed by this branch.

They got me a wrong delivery order and whoever got the call was just like oh next time u actually visit here we’ll give u. I asked if they could redeliver it to me but she was just like how can I do that? Like what’s the attitude here? Also She made the deal due for a week as well so I HAVE to visit IN A WEEK to get the free compensation. So so disappointed.
