I’m actually amazed at their malt making abilities. I’m happy they opened up before the usually chain restaurant hours and had been open since 8 am. I don’t know what it is about the different service I receive from when males are in charge compared to women, but I’ll take the women every time. Occasionally I have trouble with my orders when women are in charge but not all the time. I’m greeted swiftly and made sure my odder is correct prior to exiting the restaurant and this location isn’t any different. I’m not sure on the ownership but kudos to your & hiring of the crew I had the pleasure of encountered this morning

I went to Dairy Queen tonight just 15 minutes before closing, and although they were still open, I was really disappointed with the quality of my order. I ordered fries and honey bbq chicken, and by the time I got home (less than 2 minutes away), both were already cold. It’s frustrating to pay for food that isn’t fresh, especially when you’re still within business hours. I understand it’s close to closing time, but customers should still get food that’s properly prepared and hot. I will not be back.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the $6 1/3 lb double cheeseburger meals and 1 $6 chicken strip meal. The meals come with a drink and a sundae. I was really surprised that we were given the sundaes first and then waited several minutes for the rest of our order. It was 90° outside and even with the air on full blast they started melting. My daughter had to remind the cashier to give her debit card back. We get home and discover our doubles were singles. The order of fries was skimpy. But…everything tasted good. The sundaes firmed back up after a little time in the freezer. I was only going to give 1 star but when I called I spoke with Stacy who apologized and made it right. So 3 stars. Everyone makes mistakes and we will come back.

This place stunk! It smelled like an old theater that hadn’t had the floors cleaned in 20 years. The food was luke warm, the long uncovered facial hair in the food prep area is nasty, nearly all if the tables and booths were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. The best part was the piping hot French fries.

Food is not hot when it comes out. Order took 20 minutes for 4 people because the drive-through was busy (their excuse). They served over 10 cars while we waited inside for our food. There were 2 cars in the drive-through when we went inside and ordered. Finally went up after a 30 minute wait and asked for and received our money back. Do not recommend for any food items.

The food was alright for a quick bite. At the time, It was the only fast food establishment that wasn’t busy. However, The restaurant lobby was filthy with trash on the floors and tables. The condiment station was low on supplies and was made aware with little motivation to restock. The bathroom…… !! Now, I asked if they were busy prior to our arrival and was told NO. Therefore, uncleaniness wasn’t due to a rush. If you have worked in Fast Food, You know rush hour that a restaurant gets messy and needs a reset. This wasn’t the case here!!! The food was hot and meh……
The service provided was nonchalant and no pep in their step. Basically, I’m polite but here for a paycheck. Therefore, I will provide the bare minimum. I didn’t capture photos because what’s more basic that chicken strips and fries.

Worst experience of my life. Me and my friends have gone to Dairy Queen every Wednesday night for months and spent hundreds of dollars on over priced ice cream every single week; yet, we will not be going back EVER again. We were accused of outrageous acts by a stuck up employee such as “playing with napkins” hence, cleaning up a spill, and LICKING gravy off walls. The closest thing to gravy we had was pre made, nasty pretzel cheese which was no where near a wall and licking the wall was farthest from our youthful minds at the time. We were greeted with an unpleasant, frustrated environment and left with the mindset of never going back again. Thank you.

We came in during the lunch rush to just the GM and his boss running the show. They were cool, calm, and professional. They were both so kind and appreciative of our patience.
We also had bought an ice cream cake for a birthday party but we originally bought one the birthday boy would not eat. They let us return it with no hassle.
They were great and I hope they are proud of how well the place was running with just them.
