Ordered delivery, almost an hour later than the original delivery time and all the food was completely cold. I only live about 10 min away. They use postmates/other delivery services instead of their own drivers, and the when I called, the driver said he had to make some other stops before he came over.
For what it’s worth, when I called the store itself confused, the staff were kind and helpful.

We ordered a pizza for pickup, but when I arrived, it felt like they had forgotten our order. Once we got home, we discovered the pizza was burnt and completely inedible. We called to request a refund, but they claimed it was “too much work” and promised to make it right on our next visit. When that time came, they remembered us but the manager refused to honor the promise because it had been more than a week. I don’t eat pizza every week, and they never mentioned a time limit. Stay away unless you want burnt pizza and shady service.

I Love Papa Gino’s but come on! The one in Stoneham just keeps getting worse. For a little while it got better because they had a Manager named Vicki W. She was awesome and everything was made correctly and in sufficient time.
This order was 2 steak and cheese and bread sticks. We called it in on our way home from Wakefield. About 10 minutes. We knew It wouldn’t be ready when we got there. We expected a small wait.
But It took another 20 minutes and both the sandwiches look like this. Seriously?! What has happened to having a little pride in your work?
I’m not ashamed to say that one of my first jobs was at Papa Gino’s. We made sure we did it right and we were making under $4 an hour. Granted, times change but this is ridiculous!! The minimum wage is MUCH higher than it was but the accountability has gone waaaaay down. This is embarrassing. I would’ve been embarrassed to give this to somebody. It’s just sad.

The food is pretty delicious. The employees are pretty friendly. Though it can take a bit to get your order. I would overall recommend this restaurant, since the food makes it worth it.

Most grotesque Pizza ever , right out of the oven. Just look at it boy is everything changing. I always remember Papa Gino’s is a classic Italian decent pizza. How can anybody give this place a four plus star review? I just threw that garbage in the trash… People not worth it. Even the cheese tastes strange. Horrible

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite was better than the last. What really set this place apart, though, was the service. Taylor was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure guests have a great experience. Between the incredible food and Taylor’s top-notch service, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered 12 large pizzas for our hockey team, Door Dash picked up the order and failed to deliver. One call to the restaurant and the manager very quickly fixed Door Dash’s problem. All pizzas were delivered quickly by the manager herself. Outstanding service, very professional and will definitely use this location again!

The staff here make the world of difference. If this company values its customers than it should really take a tip from the managers who run this store. From the second you walk through the door you are greeted as if you are an old friend they haven’t seen in ages! The food tastes like love and good luck sneaking out the door without someone going out of their way to say goodbye and wish to see you soon! If you are looking for that personal touch that makes your heart warm and fuzzy this is the place!
