I must say, the morning staff is AMAZING! Grace, the front end cashier dose such an amazing job with remembering and recognizing guest. Every morning as i walk in to get my “regular” Grace, has me all set and ready for payment! She’s is truly the friendly face that we need in the mornings. The place is always clean and the staff works efficiently to get the guest in and out. keep up the good work, guys! You all make a difference.

It’s completely unreal how poor the service and attitude of the employees are at this store. What’s even more unbelievable is that a donut shop can’t make a or have available a reasonably fresh donut or have in stock the donuts that are on their app when ordering. Then on top of it they just give you whatever the hell they want instead of what you order. It’s ridiculous. I’m honestly fed up and it doesn’t seem to be just this location. The one in south euclid on Mayfield is as bad. Clearly they do not give a crap. Not sure why I bother trying or even leaving feedback.

I came on Valentine’s Day around 6:00p. There were signs on the door that said the lobby would be closed early. I proceed to pull to the drive through instead and the woman working answers and says “Yes” very rudely. She didn’t even greet me, she just immediately said YES when I pulled up to the drive in. Very weird..

Did a mobile order and it was prepared fast except for the order being wrong 3 times. Not to mention the window attendant mumbled as he spoke making it hard to communicate.
First the order was the wrong coffee while we waited for the food.
Next was the right coffee but 70% of the food was missing and female coworker was getting annoyed with him.
Finally she took over the order and it was right but could tell she was annoyed with everything.
Food is below normal standard as the cresaunts are over cooked and look burnt.
Also they don’t mark the curb lines during winter snow months which leads to curb strikes.

The food actually looks appetizing. The customer service is great. They are patient and even give suggestions. The restroom are clean. I think this is probably the nicest Dunkin I’ve ever been too. The employees actually seem happy to be here.

ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin added. she rang in a regular shaken espresso with pumpkin problem here is wrong drink first of all and i’m severely lactose intolerant the brown sugar shaken espresso is made with oat milk the other isn’t. i was given a drink with regular milk in it and didn’t know until after i took a good chug and realized within 3 minutes of having said drink my stomach was already upset and the new drink still didn’t seem to be made right that was because upon me requesting a dairy free drink they proceeded to not tell me the flavor shot i wanted had dairy in it had to go in a third time to question the syrup ingredients and just end up getting my drink made regular

Placed a mobile order and part of the order I requested a decaf latte. When I arrived to pick up my order the worker told me they were out of decaf coffee and asked if there was something I wanted as a replacement. Being pregnant I can’t have the caffeine so there were no other drink options and I asked if I could just replace with a food item he said yes then said he had to double check. He came back saying they don’t normally do that and to keep it in mind for next time. Then proceeded to not even give me the item I asked for as a replacement but instead a plain donut with nothing on it. I could care less if they’d said no we can’t do that but at least after scolding me like I come through there multiple times a day everyday to keep that in mind for next time on what I can replace the item they were out of with. They should probably keep that in mind for all future orders to actually give customers the correct items they ordered and also not speak to them scolding them like they’re the problem.
