We just spent $19.00 0n food at drive through. Made it a point to request a variety of sauces. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was hot and fresh. When we got home, opened up ready to dig in. No sauces. Nada. Nothing. Zip. The sauce makes the meal. We were filled with sauce less disappointment. Listen up. DO BETTER. Shout out to Miranda who fielded my call when I called and asked for Management. She owned the mistake and said she would take it up with her team. She showed empathy and some real people skills that are not easy over the phone.

Listen. I never go and leave fast food places a review, especially a chain at that. But I stopped visiting this location a year or 2 ago because it was awful. I’ve now been twice, and had an order delivered and everything has been correct, the food has been warm/fresh, and today the manager put a note in the delivery order with a number and her name, saying please call if any issues and that little touch provides so much value and reassurance as a consumer. Nice work Sheila!

Sitting in drive through for 10 mins at the box and still going. Already paid for a Mobile order and the guy answering the box just giving attitude and telling me to hold on a second when I’ve been here way longer than a second. Just want what I already paid for otherwise I’d just leave.

I did use drive thru. That crispy chicken taco with buffalo is immaculate. Immaculate. They got my order wrong. I said avacado ranch. No regrets. I’ll be getting both flavors now. Delicious.

Cashier Zachary B messed my order up I asked for a loaded nacho however my order was incorrectly entered for no seasoned meat. After getting home and noticed my food was wrong I reached out to the restaurant I’m not sure who I spoke with but he first told me hw didn’t see an order with what I had after I gave him the location and he confirmed it I also had my receipt and gave him the order # info he still was very nonchalant and stated that was almost an hour ago. All I wanted was my food replaced I didn’t check my food before leaving and didn’t notice until I made it home to eat.

Went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered two STEAK grilled cheese burritos and ended up getting no meat whatsoever just a bunch of hard rice, cheese, tortilla chips, and bread. If I didn’t want meat I would have ordered the cheaper version and saved money ♀️
I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to report this and to get a replacement or my money back so I will be going to this location tomorrow to show them and try to get it fixed. I wish I would have read some of the reviews before eating here tonight.

Over the years this location has had its ups & downs, most notably improving their food wrapping & messy food handling.
Tonight Caren S the Cashier asks if I wanted my drink to be regular or large to which I respond regular. She gives me a large through the drive thru window, I ask is this regular? She replied Girl I rang you up a regular but made you a large. Caren gives the drink & food. I ask for the receipt – lo & behold a large is on the receipt. Why I didn’t want a large is irrelevant. Why a large is still on my receipt after I specified what I want is relevant. Am I shocked, Caren? No, I am not though I am disappointed, Taco Bell.

I went through the drive thru hoping to get my food quickly but ended up waiting 10 minutes just from the time they took my order to giving it to me. They didn’t get my order right after waiting that 10 minutes. I’ve been to this Taco Bell a ton but this was the worst experience I’ve had there. While I was at the wi Dow waiting for my food she kept forgetting I was there and kept forgetting which order was mine. Just extremely disappointed with the service I got today.

This place has always been up and down with more down these days. They can never get a order right unless you don’t ask for extra or want to modify anything. Came through the drive thru and was not a friendly experience. Got my food and went to ask for sauce and the guy shut the door as soon as he handed me my food. Went to get the attention of another employee he looked at me right in the eyes and looked away. Then came to the window and just stared at me when I asked for sauce. Great people here. Not saying all are bad but most forsure. Then my taco has hardly any meat and barely any cheese. Mexican pizza had a whole section of no meat on it. Just a shame here.

I bought burritos, sauces, crunch wrap, cantina bowl. Everything was missing except 1 burrito and crunch wrap. Crunch wrap only had beef on half of it. 5 specks of rice and maybe 10 pieces of tomato. I ordered through uber and it’s not fair that I didn’t get all my money back.
