I ordered two pizzas, 1 pepperoni, 1 extra cheese. Didn’t take long at all, maybe 20 minutes? Opened the boxes, the majority of everything was slid to the side of the pizza on both of them. We called, they told us to keep them to give back and that they’d be sending new. Okay, fine. A little over an hour later, we called back, asking what’s going on bc we haven’t got it yet. Lady said the guy that told us that didn’t have the authority and according to her, told us to hold but we hung up. No, we were told what we were told and the call was mutually ended. After having to explain in detail, it was finally approved and roughly 30ish minutes later, we got new pizza. Not as bad but in almost the same condition and this time, it wasn’t even cut. After waiting a total of two hours for the pizza, we werent offered compensation or anything. The pizza tastes fine, average, nothing at all special about it, but is highly overrated otherwise. The delivery driver was very nice and behaved in a professional manner. He explained that he has a new car and apologized about the pizzas. Thing is, while he may have a part in it, the true fault is the person pushing the pizza out the door too soon. A competent shop owner knows better than to push pizza from oven to road. Pat and carlas used to be top tier for this area. Seriously, it was brag worthy. Nowadays, I feel the owners are thirsty clout chasers that have little to no regard for their customers. I have concluded my last ever order from that place. It is not worth it. I would absolutely order little ceasers over them, and I dont even like little ceasers. Two photos are from the first delivery, two photos from second delivery and as shown, you see it was not even cut. Absolutely despicable.

If youre going to order online its always at least an hour wait. Usually you can account for it, but I decided to review tonight because it took over an hour and a half and the pizzas arrived cold.

Great Mom and Pop feel. Excellent homemade food! Fast and friendly service. Pina was an awesome server! The homemade wing sauce was one of the best I have tasted. Great prices for the portions you receive. Definitely recommend eating here.

I’ve been ordering from Pat and Carla’s for years and tonight I am utterly disgusted with the food. the cheese half of the pizza is delicious, but the chicken is awful. It’s watery, cold, they left it in massive chunks, i can’t even remove it to eat the slice plain because it’s so wet it soaked through. the pineapple is also cold, but that’s to be expected given the chicken. I don’t know what happened but y’all have seriously disappointed me.

Make sure you make them repeat what you order if ordering over the phone. This is the 3rd time I wasted my money on a sub and nothing of what I asked for. I am a hospital employee I order a simple meal pick up and go cause I barely get time to eat it. And then you go to eat it and it’s nothing what you asked for. It’s very upsetting. I won’t be ordering again !!!!!!!!! I understand people make mistakes, but come on people. A simple cheesesteak three times in a row. And I’m not one to complain so I let it slide two times but the 3rd done it for me

Food was amazing as it has always been since I worked there right out of highschool . This specific location though I have a health hazard issue with. The server i believe her name is Shannon Smith. She is a great personality and very polite with the guests as well as a great server. But those qualities do not excuse hair down in the restaurant not only handling food but walking in and out of the kitchen area with her hair down is absolutely not OK. Thats literally a health code violation. She wears a hat yes but the hair is still down and not pulled back. And not only health violation but the fact that she is a walking safety hazard as well wearing flip flops going in and out of a slick kitchen area . I dont know about anyone else but the last thing I want to see is someones crusty cracked toes and heels that are black from the dirty floor. The food might not have changed over the years but the careless choices have and seems to be lack of discipline from the owners .

I just ordered a seafood platter from them, that is supposed to have shrimp, scallops and clams for $18.99…. Clearly you can see in the picture it’s only shrimp and clams! I was very disappointed! They also have this as an option on the menu but it’s only $15.99! I was charged $18.99. I tried to call them back immediately when I opened this and NO ONE will answer! Will not be going back there EVER!!!!!
