The ladies running the place were awesome! Helpful, friendly, and caring. We loved our chicken sandwiches and the fries were very good, too. The place was clean. Our wonderful waitress was attentive and kept the table cleaned off. We’re going to go back, even though we are over an hour away.

Not a bad place, however disappointed on the cleanliness of this place, garbage on the floor, outside by the garbage bags are sitting out on the ground rather than in the dumpster. It’s like they don’t care even though their not real busy. It is not like this all the time.

Go to Culver’s instead. The tiny snack packs at Culver’s are $5 and give you MORE food than I got at A&W for $8.50 sadly. The fries were soggy, greasy, undercooked, and barely lukewarm. The Freeze we ordered was pretty much all root beer and no ice cream. My hungry wife barely touched her cheeseburger because it was dry, chewy, and the cheese tasted like processed plastic. The coleslaw was sour. The chicken strips were rubbery and we’re just a little larger than a child’s fish stick.
We used to love A&W, but this experience’s only positive aspect was the actual (half filled) cup of root beer. Both of us have lost our once large appetites.
Go to Culver’s instead.

Me and my family waited 45 minutes for our food and watched three groups of people come in after us and then leave before us with their food. The employees were very disorganized and multiple times they didn’t even hang the order after taking it so they actually had about 6 orders sitting ready but they didn’t even know they needed them because they didn’t hang any of our tickets. I’ve been coming here for 28 years and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! Very disappointed!

I went through the drive through and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal with chilli cheese fries and a rootbeer no ice. My order was prepared fast and efficient. Everything was just as I had ordered, no mistakes.
The burger was delicious and piled high with the works. The chilli chese fries were great as well. However They forgot to give me a spoon or fork in order to eat my fries. Fortunately I had one already in my car in the glove box.
