Ordered online and it wouldn’t accept card?? Then when I called the employee told me my chicken DOESNT come with ranch?? This was the hardest time I’ve had just trying to order a meal I’ll enjoy.
Update: The delivery driver shoved my food into my chest at my office job in front of my coworkers because I called the store and paid over the phone and the driver wanted money for the meal after I had already paid. I’m appalled truthfully.

me and my son and my husband came in to get 2 pizzas 1 kid Pizza and a Pizza for me and my husband we asked paityn at the end of us ordering , if it was okay if we could add cheese in the crust on both, they said yes, the we got home after a long night realized that there is no cheese in the crust I called to let them know that they didn’t put cheese in crust like, we asked, and she told me that there’s no way they could have done that instead of explaining to me that if we changed the type of crust that they could.

Took 40 minutes for them to even leave the store with my food and then it was only after I called to ask what the deal was. Last time I ordered they just left it sitting out in the cold, didn’t ring my doorbell or anything. It isn’t even worth ordering food these days. People don’t do their job.

I’m leaving a less than average star rating because the pizza hut @3140 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145 was not busy and did not get my 2 topping pizza correct. I only received 1 topping. Stuffed crust pepperoni and onion is missing onions. The window team member asked if I wanted to add a tip (after the website asked me and I declined), I’m glad I didn’t since they couldn’t spot this discrepancy before it got to me. Check before you clear, check before you cut, and check before it goes out the window.

Ordering pizza from this establishment is absolutely the worst idea you could possibly have!!! The last time I went to this place. I literally sat at their drive through window for at least 15 minutes while everyone was in the back… Every once and a while I saw delivery drivers come in. I’d try to wave at them and they’d leave without paying me any attention. Nobody would come but I could literally see the pizza I had ordered in their little warmer through the drive through window. That’s the ONLY reason I didn’t leave. I’d already paid for it and could see it through the window. So I took a picture to show my wife that I could see our pizza sitting there but nobody would come to the window. Another delivery driver walked through and saw me talking pictures through the window as he was walking to the back. It wasn’t until that point that someone finally came to the window and it was obvious that he only came to the window because he was told I was taking pictures. Because the attitude he gave me when he finally handed me the pizza that had been sitting in that warmer the whole time I’d sat there looking at it was completely unbelievable. The pizza was paid for through the pizza hut app so all the guy had to do was hand it to me but I don’t know what they were doing that they couldn’t come to the window bc this was a few months ago during a time when their lobby was closed and besides the delivery drivers that weren’t paying me any attention until they saw taking pictures ♂️ I don’t give a shit about any free pizza from pizza hut so I never called corporate to complain about any management or any individual workers. I don’t care about trying to get anyone fired. I just won’t ever eat there again and I will let everyone else who can read this, know exactly how my experience was.

Even after their Network crashed the store manager Brian and other employees took care of my family’s order with amazing customer service! This is the pizza place that my family chooses to get our pizza at at least once a month and we always have an amazing experience!

They’ve never done me wrong, what more can I say? Just remember that it’s 2025; if you want the crust to be crispy you gotta ask for it “well done” or be okay with throwing it in the oven at home.
