Starbucks in North Conway was great as always. The drinks were made perfectly, and the quality you expect from Starbucks was spot on. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick even though it was busy. It’s always a reliable stop whether you need a coffee to start your day or a quick pick-me-up. Consistent, dependable, and exactly what you expect every time.

If you place an order via the app on a weekend after 9am prepare to wait 10-20 minutes or longer. I placed an order and it wasn’t ready until 40 minutes later. I had omelet egg white bites, a croissant and two coffees. I thought it was being smart by using the app to order ahead, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. I think the drive thru was much faster and was prioritized because the entire Starbucks was filled with probably 20-30 people. Not the ideal experience, but the food and drinks were solid. Probably won’t be visiting this Starbucks anymore on a weekend or after 9am.

Not a fan of the food options, except the chocolate croissant, lol. The service is always cheerful and engaging, the atmosphere is calm, not rushed. The only gripe I have is, there are times I order the same coffee and it doesn’t always hit the same. Sometimes it’s bitter and leaves me sad.

Starbucks has spiraled to the bottom of the barrel. The management quit and now, on a good day, the customer can wait in a line at the drive through. Customers cannot enter the building and remote orders are not possible. After this fiasco, this business will never be the same. In fact, it may spiral into irreversible oblivion. This also demonstrates the poor approach of regional management regarding a speedy resolution before it is too late. Too bad for the remaining employees because they work diligently and tolerate much nonsense from a handful of customers.
Recovering! Since my last review there have been massive positive changes. It has virtually changed back to the venue I remember from 2014.
First, open the correct advertised hours.
Second, open for mobile orders.
Third, fully staffed.
Fourth, much reduced wait time.
New management and open religiously at 5 am. And I am wide awake at that time! Accolades to Drew and Alex!
Dopes complaining about waiting on weekends, should get real! Drastic increase in visitors making demands. Order input from vehicles, in the facilities and mobile orders. Listen, with a multiplied demand during weekends, do not assume that you are so special that you will bounce to the front of the line!

Had a couple of nice experiences but lately drinks are not being made to order. I’ve ordered cold foam 3 times now and it’s not given to me. No “we are out of stock” or anything . & considering it’s an extra $1.50 it’s getting a little absurd . I’ve also replaced oat milk for breve & my husband definitely received oat milk . For coffees that are almost $10…. I want them made right .

This has been the worse experience ever. To wait over 40 minutes for venti macchiato and a venti brown sugar shaken expresso is absolutely insane. You either need to get more help, shut mobile orders off, or do something because this was absolutely insane. The fact that I’m not the only complaint should say something. Just not ok at all. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever seen. My wife waited over 45 mins and they couldn’t put two black iced coffees together. Get your act together staff and management. Terrible parking and drive thru setup as well. Steer clear
