This is not a fast food restaurant selling 2nd rate pre-made dishes so you’ll need to order ahead with the app if want to get your order right away. Otherwise feel free to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere while you wait for some of the most delicious Asian cuisine. My whole family absolutely LOVED the food!! The staff was also super friendly! Highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back!

I waited an hour for our food which was only 2 bowls and 2 sides. I understand reasonable wait times and I would not have wrote this review had out food been good. Our large steak and rice bowl was half filled and the rice was plain gross. We have had decent experiences in here before but this was by far the worst.

I understand it was the first few days but we were told it would be 45 minutes. Over an hour and a half later the food finally came. Day two and they ran out of white rice and chicken breast! Food was good, but similar places I like better. Not much of a teriyaki flavor. I’ll try again soon and update my review if it improves.

Love this place. For the haters, the reason you wait for the food is it’s FRESHLY made once you order it. That’s why it tastes so damn good! Thanks for bringing something healthy, tasty and FRESH to our area!

Waited 10-15 min to even place an order.

Took 45 min to have order made after I placed it.

Orange chicken did not have much flavor.

Do not recommend.

Ordered a large yakisoba with spicy chicken. Portion was good for its price however not even half way through my meal i noticed not one, not two, but three strands of curly-ish hair on my chicken. Lost my appetite after that. I’ve been told waiting time was long but it took only about 10 mins for my order so kudos to that. Service can do better tho 🙂

Food is great. App sucks, employees need more training. He didn’t even care he rang items up using points rather than giving them free as advertised. Employees response was dont worry your earning more points. That’s not the point!

The food was decent, however the price for 1 person is roughly 30.00. If u get a meal or even a side.
Crab ragoons look isnt appealing. Folding in half circles is really unapapatizing.
Half assed* effort. (for the price) However the taste is good and acceptable.
For the price im better off making them at home and ill get more than 6 and can crimp them to look like ragoons.

Honestly the place is over priced, is my biggest issue. The food taste was good for a bite to eat. However id rather spend that money somewhere else like Sapporos for the price i spent buying food and get better quality and more food!!!
I got salmon which is the most expensive bowl on the menu. Salmon was decently cooked, however on the rarer side. ontop of the fried rice which is an extra charge of 1.50. I would of rather been at a restaurant sitting down with the atrocious wait time and cost. First impressions are everything and honestly it wasnt impressive.
Mediocre. I will compliment the spicy and sweet in-house sauce. Very original and tasty but not for the price.

Adding tip is optional but I feel offended by the audacity of needing to tip someone at the counter. Pay your employees more!!!
> for the ridiculous prices youre charging there’s no need for a tipping system. <

Great owners, great staff, great food! Customers need to understand this is a new specialty type of food and EVERYONE wants to try it out. So yes wait times are going to be long and new business with new employees, equals new experiences and new issues that arise! Be patient and understand that being an ass does not help anyone out. The owners/management will fix the problem if your calm and dont be an ass. Give them time! I love that place and know its gonna take an hour rn, amd if it ends up sooner awesome!

Odigato ! ”thank you”. Mgmnt reserved table space for our large group. About 15 of us. The tables were combined to create one long space. The tables were set with utensils, napkins, drink cups, condiments for each place set and reserved signs were placed. Our orders arrived in less than 10 minutes as we called ahead. This experience was ”way beyond my expectations.
I visited Japan while in the Army and tried Japanese Cuisine and did not like it.
42 years, I’ve avoided Japanese food. I only visited Teriyaki Madness because I was with a group. It was not and would not have been my choice.
Walking in the front door the aromas make you hungry. It was great. My Chicken Teriyaki was awesome. I tried the different sauces and all were great. I really liked their ‘dark hot sauce, and red hot sauce. The portions… I could not finish… I was so full… I took the covered bowl home for later. Everybody ordered something different, I liked what I saw so I know, I will return to try them all. This was a 5 Star experience. I highly, highly recommend a visit. ”REMEMBER” I’ve been to Japan and liked nothing I tried and avoided Japanese cuisine for 42 years. So if I recommend Teriyaki Madness, I can think of no higher recommendation or compliment.
