I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I received at this KFC location.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The environment was dirty, the customer service was very poor, and the staff showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. There was no effort to provide proper customer care.
I was very disappointed, as I expect a minimum standard of cleanliness, respect, and courtesy from a company like KFC. I hope this issue is taken seriously and that corrective actions are implemented.

Quick stop in for lunch. My experience was satisfactory. The decor inside is lovely and the restaurant’s dining room is mostly clean. I was served my order after about two minutes. My chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes were warm and delicious and my Sweet Lightning was not watered down or had too much syrup. The staff was friendly. Overall, my visit was great.

I ordered at 11:50 am the Online said 5-15 minutes and now it is 12:23 I’ve spent my whole lunch sitting waiting for my food while you have Employee’s eating in the drive thru window, hanging around not working While im waiting. This establishment is the worst KFC Ran I’ve ever been to. They need a Manager that gives a dam maybe I will quit my job to Be Manager this is Freaking Ridiculous.

Only reason I gave even one star so I can leave a review for the horrible food I received and when I called to speak with the manager I was told he’s working the drive thru he’s not gonna be able to come to the phone this is horrible customer service as well my biscuits are dry and hard while my pot pie is also hard and dry inside like it’s been sitting all day and they still served it to a paying customer. Food is expensive and should be served fresh and hot not old and cold also the manager never came to the phone very unprofessional

The place was filthy particularly the bathrooms. The food was regular KFC fare. The young man at the register was polite, but the customer service was very subpar. The manager was disrespectful to an elderly patron who had gotten the wrong thing. She had ordered extra crispy and got regular. When she pointed this out in a courteous manner she was told that they had no more extra crispy and she had to wait 10 minutes if she wanted it, in a very rude manner. It is obvious that they gave her the regular even though she ordered the crispy hoping to get away with it even though they knew it was not what she ordered.

How is an employee gonna argue with me, be real rude with me, and comp an attitude for me not wanting ice in my drink; just make my drink with no ice please! Heavy set Haitian lady in drive thru told me your drink is already made; saying take it, forcing it on me like she paid for it herself. Then she had the nerve to say it’s an expensive drink; which is all more reason to make it the way I wanted seeing how I’m the customer. On top of that she slammed the drive thru window like she had anger issues! Totally not the type of person you hire in a customer service based job! Horrible service!! By the way the drink is not expensive it came out of a soda fountain not even real lemonade SMH.

I asked for extra chicken I didn’t get it, but I got extra gravy. And then as I was eating I found plastic in my food thank god I didn’t eat it and choke on it cause that would not be good. Will not go back and would like some type of refund.
