I love the Taco Bell in town on Royal Ave in Front Royal. Everytime I go in the store is clean and orderly. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is always good. I enjoy watching as the kitchen preps the orders. The food is always hot & fresh. I have never had a bad encounter with the staff or other customers. I have done dine in, take out, and drive through at this location and it’s always top notch. They are almost never overly busy. I don’t become overwhelmed with the number/crowd of people inside.

Just based on the fact that they’re open til 2am or 3am on weekends should be enough. Not everyone lives the 9-5 day life. Everything needs to go back to the way it was pre plandemic. The food is always hot, fresh, and great service even when you pull up two minutes until closing.

I wouldn’t usually do a review on a fast food chain unless it was awful, but this is the BEST Taco Bell I have ever visited. The employees were extremely friendly on the intercom and at the window. I received my order in a timely manner, and each item in the Luxe box was perfectly placed and perfectly made. The ingredients in each taco and burrito were even distributed and looked like they were made with care instead of just tossed together.

Rotten lettuce every time. I know it Taco Bell, but standards have dropped and that’s saying something. On top of poor customer service, everyone on their phones, while working the line. The pictures show what was on my tacos, you’d never see it in your burrito. Bad for even Taco Bell. Imagine what we don’t see. Oh! And it’s not cheap anymore.

Don’t waste your money here this place is useless. Go to a better one. They literally throw your food together without caring if your food is falling apart when you open it. This is a picture of what I ordered, VS what I got. I have had so many problems with this TacoBell. They don’t make your food with any care, they forget orders, and don’t make your food the way you asked.

Ordered a party pack of tacos customized with no lettuce and extra beef. The extra beef is an additional $9.00. Got home, amount of beef was minimal, not what I ordered and paid for. Called the store, handler argued that the tacos had extra meat, she made them herself. Really? These tacos were mostly shell. I was ripped off $9.00. Instead of arguing, at least offer to make it right. Great customer service guys!

I waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive-through to get around and pay to be asked to go back around and wait another 30 minutes with the line wrapped around. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. Someone should be held accountable making customers wait double the time for your metrics is ridiculous.

My expectations aren’t high from Taco Bell but at $25 there were some expectations. We went at off hours. Dirty tables and seats which we cleaned ourselves.
Went for simply tacos and a burrito. Cracked, broken taco shells that could not be picked up. Asked for replacement tacos and new ones came with old brown lettuce. Burrito was wrapped in a mushy ball that dripped water (not grease from meat). Horrible experience!
