I had the best salad yesterday at Newk’s on Highland Colony Parkway ! It was the Newk’s Favorite salad and was delicious! The lettuce was so very fresh and green, none of those white lettuce ends, just the best lettuce parts. . I got their honey mustard dressing tossed in; their honey mustard is outstanding! Just had to let everyone know how pleased I was, and , as always, the service was great! Thank you, Newk’s.

I ordered extra items on my salad and paid for them and didn’t get them. When I told the line worker she acted as if I was lying, another lady with blue hair comes up ask for my receipt. I happily gave it to her and then she proceeds to slam the extra items onto my salads. Rude very. I won’t be back. I rather drive to Clinton they are always friendly. My salads ended up being good but the service GARBAGE

I had a little trouble with the website at first doing my online order, but after the third try, I was able to place my order with ease. My always-order: combo of BBQ chicken pizza (oh my…you MUST try if you have not), and loaded potato soup (upgraded to bowl!), and a full salad – caesar with all sorts of additions! ☺️ Three meals…three tasty meals that I haven’t tired of in years!! Very busy during lunch but they have plenty of inside and outside seating. You can take a number and order from the table or you can go to the register and order then take a seat. I ordered the half pair the Italian sandwich was good. There is one sauce on it that I’ll ask for it to be taken off just for flavor but other than that it tasted great! Food comes out quickly and is brought to you. Food was warm. They give you cups that you can keep and reuse. Very kid friendly. They have a kids menu. Plenty of family’s were eating here. Plenty of parking in front and in back. This is connected to a hotel parking lot so overflow parking is practically anywhere behind it.

I do not recommend this location for schedule later deliveries. They make the food when the ticket comes in, per Angelica who claimed to be one of 2 managers on duty. My 8 o’clock delivery order was delivered at 7:34. I was not there to receive it. Food is cold. Drink I paid for isn’t included.
I requested that she have a staff member or the other manager on duty deliver it and she declined. That’s not their job and basically told me it was my fault for ordering early.
I will be emailing the corporate office to explain what the process is when the ticket it received as explained by Angelica and how it is presented on the customer side.

I have eaten at this location countless times. The service is fast and friendly and when The food is always very good. If weather permits, I love sitting on the patio.
The restaurant is always clean. The manager, Pat, is very nice and greet customers when time permits. Very nice personality and always working to make sure customers are satisfied with service and food.
I definitely recommend going to this location if visiting or in area.

Lunch was a real treat. The staff were personable, prompt and professional. Even though there was a full house of patrons, the staff kept the restaurant clean and stocked, while tending to customer needs.
