Took forever to make, Icecream was melted, on a cold day too, I asked for a plain cheeseburger, they put everything. EVERYTHING, in the burger, and there was only a few people in line. It shouldn’t be that hard to make a plain cheeseburger. Do better.

Today my family ordered 3 blizzards through the drive through. When we got home to enjoy them we found all 3 were made incorrectly with wrong ingredients in every single one of them. We called to talk to the on duty manager to let him know the orders were wrong and we wanted to let them know. We were answered with a delayed and insincere/condescending..”sorry” that was flat. Nothing else. There was no I’m sorry that happened, is there anything we can do, we’ll talk to the staff….. very unprofessional. The manager on duty needs training in customer service. We’ll go to Baskin Robins from now on! I will be contacting the owner also. So frustrating.

This was my first visit to the Dairy Queen in Zimmerman. First impression was the food is typical expected Dairy Queen food. We got the burger with fries- average. We also got the Sundaes which were very good. Service was quick and positive. We came at 3 pm on a Monday and they were very busy keeping up with customer orders. Restaurant lacked on cleanliness.

I can not believe the audacity the staff here has! I was refused to be given my change, the teen at the register repeatedly saying about how I ordered a butterfinger blizzard. Any reasonable person would know that outside matters like blizzards and my money have nothing in common! Not to add that her personal style was less then appealing and the rest of the staff was doing her job! All I wish is to get my rightfully owed money back, even if it is only a few cents in the grand scheme of things. The money due to me should be of the highest priority. If you have my money, please return it as I was nothing but humble and kind to you.

When you order a chili dog you expect it be placed in the bag flat, did they? No, they placed it in the bag on end so all the chili flowed to the end of the packaging and spilled all over me and my truck when I opened it. Very incompetent for a fast food place.

In case anyone is curious on how full an .89 cent side of gravy is, answer is a small layer on the bottom of the already small container. This location is about 50/50 when I go that I have issues, but the portions are getting smaller and smaller.

Waited 25 minutes for two large blizzards that weren’t even full and one looks like they didn’t put any candy at all. Almost $15 and they don’t even give you a full serving.
Thanks for the response Dairy Queen. I’ll make sure to not get my business to this location anymore even though I live right by him I’ll drive to the other one and big Lake just so I don’t have to worry about the super long weights and the poor service that it looks like you constantly get online.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. I’m pregnant, been craving mint ice cream all day. Go to local DQ for the Mint Brownie blizzard of the month to be completely disappointed. My blizzard looks nothing like what is marketed and I there is no mint. Went in to confirm and complain. And the lady said I got red velvet brownie chunks. So got the complete opposite of what I ordered/paid for and was craving for nothing to be done. Safe to say I will be going to DQ elsewhere from now on. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Overall poor. Get some kids in here who know what they’re doing. If you’re out of something let someone know before they order what they are expecting.

Classic little Dairy Queen with very polite staff who handled the indoor and drive-thru evening rush with grace and friendliness. Full kitchen and dessert options and the service was quick and accurate. They had non-dairy Dilly bars in stock as individual bars or in the boxes which is a huge plus for our party. They also offer cakes and can write a message on them for you! Worth a quick stop when you’re hungry 🙂
