Just got kicked out for the first time in my life here?? I barely drinked. I had two single shot and a double Huckleberry pies that we shared between 3 people and the bouncer was incredibly rude. He is posted in other photos here in the Google reviews. What a shame. I’ll admit my GF was drunker than I but we weren’t being mean or bumping into people. We were very polite and standing by the guard rails most of the time… very weird I smoke most of the time but I know how to handle two single shot drinks lol. The bouncer kept yelling at us even tho I clearly told him i was trying to tell my friend so we could leave just like he asked. Highly inconsiderate/impatient. I had to put my hand in the bouncer’s face to get him to stop yelling at us while I was trying to explain to my friend that we were asked to leave so we didn’t abandon her. Not a great experience I felt like it could’ve been handled better by the bouncer IMO. If I can get in contact with someone so I can better understand what not to do that would help as I do enjoy coming here. This was my third time here.

I cannot comprehend how this place has 4 stars on reviews. For the first time in my life, I witnessed an actual moment of racial discrimination. Multiple people at the entrance of the venue were behaving in a rowdy manner, and only one person was asked to leave! That person happened to be black. “You are swaying and cannot stand still” was their reasoning. It happened to be the only african american in proximity. And he was the only one asked to leave despite being the calmest and most polite near the entrance. I confronted the bouncers, who mind you, did NOT ask me to leave. The laughed it off, still having no rationale that had any logic or evidence. This establishment is complacent, has awful service, and lacks respect and integrity towards its constituents.

We were ALREADY walking out and a Hispanic male that worked there, kicked us out very unprofessionally got in our face too. Didnt declare the situation at all what’s so ever. the moment we were already leaving he stated “your cut off” keep in mind I’ve had one drink and I’m Hispanic. We asked for the manager which “Nick” the general manager came out. Said they have protocols, so if one of their “employers” believes were impaired they can kick us out, I asked him to give us a Reason and they never did, we asked the GM for the employers name and he stated he couldn’t give that information out, they can pull out the cameras and see me and my man and my friends were vibing within ourselves, very disappointed and sad. Definitely reporting it above. Or bringing it further. I’ve had enough.

I can’t thank The Emporium enough! I lost my diamond bracelet here and it was safely turned in. Cory went out of his way to make sure it was returned to me, which honestly speaks volumes about their integrity and the kind of people who run this place. In a world where things could have gone differently, I’m beyond grateful for the honesty and kindness shown. Great atmosphere, amazing staff, and truly trustworthy people. Highly recommend!

The owner is honestly really oriented towards the individuals lacking color. And he kicked me (Latina) and my (Latina) friend out while we were in line for the bathroom. He started accusing us saying we were too drunk, even though we only had one or two drinks. And he kicked us out of the bar. Do not recommend this place if you’re a person of color. I don’t know what the owner was on, but it was definitely messed up.

Pretty damn hard to find them open on weekends and Friday night. Always something going on, but it’s never for the Average Joe just looking for a drink. I guess it’s for high rollers. Sure was nice when it was Stubblefields.

Best smash burger on this side of the state. Hands down. Fantastic atmosphere on a busy night, always great music and friendly DJs, you sometimes forget you’re in Pullman. They donate a portion of their sales on their Ladies Nights, and don’t miss the trivia night either! Always a great time. Highly recommend!

My Muslim friend from Pakistan got cut off from this bar. The funny thing is, he was our DD. It is against his religion to drink liquor and he was completely sober when he was escorted out from the dance floor. This is the second time a “feminine” acting man has been cut off from this bar. Starting to see a trend. It starting to feel targeted.
Edit- I did enjoy the drinks that I got, thanks! I got a vodka cran not whatever it was that you said tho. I did not once order a drink with my Muslim friend, nor did he drink from my glass. To respond to this just to accuse him of breaking Halal is disgusting. I hope this review is taken seriously. I do not mean to subtly imply you are homophobic or xenophobic. I meant to outwardly accuse you of such. To cite safety as a reason for kicking a person of color out does not look good, especially since you couldn’t give him a reason. What? This place is a JOKE. I’ve never been more unimpressed in my life. My best friend was holding on to her boyfriend to get through the crowd because it was PACKED. This man comes up and taps her boyfriend on the shoulder to tell them they need leave because my friend was “stumbling all over”. This entire time the “bouncer” was only speaking to her boyfriend and absolutely belittling my friend. How absolutely embarrassing that he couldn’t even look her in the eye and give her a real reason for kicking her out. She maybe had two drinks and was going to get a WATER. I’ve never left a bad review in my my life, but this place deserves it. This bouncer needs an absolute rain check, because he couldn’t even give one legitimate reason for kicking her out. I will never come back to this place again. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. What an actual joke of a place.
