The waitress was absolutely 5 stars the food however was definitely frozen, flavorless and left us both feeling nauseous the entire day afterwards. We couldn’t eat all day we were so sick. It was definitely not worth the $100.00 check at the end of the night and that was after the lovely waitress was kind enough to take one of my drinks off of the bill. We left everything but the crab cake. Which was okay-ish. I ate the asparagus which was fine. I couldn’t eat the fish at all, the scallops were not good, the shrimp tastes frozen. The tuna tasted like it’s been cooked in old grease maybe? Kind of reminds you of the reason you don’t go to Sonic as bad as that is to say. I eat only seafood and no other meats. I know how it should taste. I can also eat frozen. That’s fine. Not what I prefer but this almost tasted spiled. The way we felt the next day was questionable as though it may have been. We were both sick to our stomachs. I again, will say I definitely appreciate the waitress. But I definitely do not recommend the food at all. We had both ordered the Seafood Salmagundi. Highly do not recommend, the waitress asked our opinion as everyone ordering this dish seemed the leave the same outcome on the plate. The food was honestly so bad I personally would’ve rather everything but the drinks refunded! The drinks were worth it and she looked up the recipe for those! Waitress on point! Save yourself the stomach ache and go to skippers in Deale their seafood was VERY good!

Food is great! I get the double fillet and it the best i have had anywhere in this area! Veggies are always cooked to perfection.Everything i had there has been great and the prices are always right! The place probably could use an update but i consider it a hidden gem!

Waited 2 hours with our toddler for dinner. Had to flag down waitress for any updates on dinners arrival. $100 meal that was not fresh at all, stale chips, soft crackers, dry bun with only a crab cake and pan fried reheated spaghetti for our little one. Don’t recommend at all. Whole restaurant smelled of meldew and had fruit flies at our table.

This place is such a fine down to earth place. Comfortable down home old school charm. The servers are great. Although short staffed right now Danielle is a charming trooper. We appreciate her working with us. The surf and turf was fabulous and the rib eye steak was delicious.
We wish we lived closer so we could be part of the neighborhood fan club. We will continue to return to this Maryland gem.

We went to Brick House for the first time tonight. Hidden gem, who knew!!!! We all got different meals……crab cake dinner, fried seafood dinner, stuffed shrimp, crab and steak and shrimp scampi and scallops pasta. The crab cakes were very large and tasty with big lumps of crab and no filler, filet mignon cooked perfectly, fried seafood enough to feed 2 people, everything delicious. Our server, Jaymie, was super friendly. We will definitely be going back.

Dresscode Cook/ owner was talking to the only other table, and he was wearing dingy sweat pants and an old T-shirt, so my guess is whatever you want because that’s what they wear. I’d really like to see this place stay alive, but it looks like it needs some help!

We just had the best meal ever!
Wish I took pictures but it was all beautifully presented! We chose the Brie cheese appetizer as well as scallops. For our main course, we shared the teriyaki salmon salad, blackened.
All of this paired with a glass of Pinot Noir.
Our waitress, Lacey was personable, sweet and quick! We were advised that the owner of this little gem of a restaurant with amazing ambiance is also the chef. My compliments to all there! Thanks for the best meal and evening!

You either love it and have no complaints or………let’s say I think the menu is too big to guarantee freshness. I wonder how often they turn the food over? I dearly wish they would either get rid of the carpet or get new carpet. And the place needs a deep clean and updated of the decor. The minute you open the door it smells stale. There are only certain things I would eat there. The bread is freshly made in house I think. The rolls and croutons are awesome. I alsolike the blue cheese dressing. That said, I can’t think of one entree I love. The wait staff is always friendly. Lots of long time locals like the Brickhouse, I’m a new local and I only choose this place when there really isn’t any place else.

Don’t know what happened to this place. I have been here 8 months ago for lunch and had crabcakes and they were excellent. This time it was terrible. Tables open and still waited 10 minutes to be seated. It took 10 minutes for a server to finally approach the table, 45 minutes from the time we ordered till the time we recieved the meal. Prime rib way overdone and looks like it was simmered in water. Server never came back to refill drinks. Seen two tables walk out. Poor service. Nothing was good that night. The worst experience.
