Always a quick and easy stop. Every McDonalds always gets my order wrong. Until I went here! Don’t come at me but I always order a double cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions. No other place ever adds extra and half the time they remove the veggies completely instead. It doesnt stop me from always trying anyway. This is the first place to ever get my order right and they sure went above and beyond! So thank you!! I wish I didn’t live all the way in Texas because I’d be a regular customer to this location. If I’m ever passing through for work again, I will absolutely stop back by!!

I have had it with the morning crew at McDonald’s the ladies that is spanish or mexican culture are the worst. They are so crazy you tell then 2 or 3 hot picante sauce even on my moblie order and during drive thru and inside ordering. They don’t give the sauce and when I asked them they give some type of attitude with their face. Management needs to check in with them like why are they not willing to give the sauce and when I ask them they give some type of attitude. Worst customer service ever and I been ordering breakfast every other morning for 1 year straight and I am fed up of the morning crew ladies giving attitudes and not friendly at all they are mean and disrespectful.

stopped in during a snow storm!
will say I’m very impressed with this staff, everyone is working hard and hustling. The young man at the counter Jayhem (sp?) was patient and very helpful!
Manager was all over helping and extremely friendly

I ordered my son a double cheese burger and a small sprite and myself a mc chicken and a large fry with a latte to drink, when I went to pay the lady dropped the receipt and said oops and didnt give me a receipt so I proceeded to pick my food up at the next window they gave me drinks and had me pull forward a lady comes to bring me the food and I check the bag, it only had my son’s food only no mc chiken was there so I told her I’m missing the mc chicken she asked for my receipt I told her what happened and why I didnt get a receipt she left and then a manager came showing I only ordered a double cheese burger the drinks and fry. I was like no I didnt. I know what I ordered. And she proceeded to say well there’s nothing I can do. At this point I’m already mad because of how long this is taking and u guys don’t seem to know how to take orders because even my son was with and said why didnt u get ur sandwich that u ordered. Very disappointing that I came here and they treat u like u didnt order that and wont do anything to fix the issue at hand.

Stopped coming here because they continuously forget your food and sauces and dont make your food correctly. even when they are correcting their mistake they still dont get it right. It had been since November since I had been back so i stopped in tonight for the kids and the same exact thing happened. Having to drive back and then wait in the line for ever again is beyond frustrating also.

This place is always iffy. Always at least a 10 minute wait in the drive through. Today I ordered inside and had my food delivered to the table. I ordered a large ice water on the kiosk and didn’t receive a cup for it. When I asked about it, the worker said that they don’t do large water cups. He went and grabbed me an extra small cup. I’m not sure why there’s an option to order a large cup if I can only get a small. I also ordered some ice cream cones a little later and got this. Very disappointing experience all around.

They get your order wrong without fail. They don’t answer the drive through in English so you’re literally just stuck there not knowing whats going on, the drive up “rewards” stuff is straight up annoying too. Just go to the McDonald’s near the college

watched them mess up on three orders in front of us as we sat at rhe Sir window for 30 minutes. They came to write down my order and still forgot my 2 items of food. when i went inside they were rude saying “check her order”.
