I made a trip to Domino’s in Fate today for the first time due to no local delivery services available because of icy road conditions. Typically I order from another local pizza place but I will have to say, I will be back to this Dominos in the future. The staff was welcoming and working hard to meet the demands of the public’s “snow/ice crisis”. The pizza was 110% on point!! Thank you for keeping everyone fed and making it less stressful than it already was just getting there.

Called to ask why was my order update increased the next day after ordering, I did not tip the driver by credit card. So the driver who delivered stole money from me. I called to ask questions and the manager got VERY rude and was just sitting in silence as if she was slow, so provided my order number and she went off on me. I asked “this is the manager behaving this way” she proceeds to say “maam my drivers aren’t being paid and something is wrong with the system can
You stop talking!” I told her I would contact corporate instead and she hung up in my face. This area is nice and this manager is bringing the value down’ she should be fired!

our food was delivered not even 5 minutes down the street (there’s literally 3 turns from this location to my home) and our food arrived slopped against the side of the box, and also forgot my pizza in my family’s order. another time I dined takeout, and waited in the lobby over twenty minutes when the screen and app marked my order as finished and ready for pick up. no one spoke to me the entire time I waited to explain why they took over an extra twenty minutes when the screen and app told me I could come inside and get my order, no one had anything to say period despite being the 1 person in the lobby so zero customer service to be had. when I got my order, they also forgot the side sauces so I had to go back in to get those and again no one had anything to say, no explanation or apology or consideration. the person that I assumed to be the manager only had yells to toss towards everyone else in the kitchen about whatever. nonexistent customer service, horribly tense atmosphere with people yelling at each other, and the food is sloppy and mistaken. the previous pizza located here, while it was pricey, at least they had customer service skills and a delicious menu.

Had a horrible experience when they first opened, but decided to give them another try. The new general manager is so sweet and polite and made sure our order was correct. The place was clean and the other employees were friendly too. The last general manager ran it into the ground but the new one is amazing! I’m so glad we tried again!

I rarely leave reviews, but I’ve never encountered someone as openly disrespectful as the person I interacted with last night. When I called to place an order around 9:30, the individual who answered was extremely rude, constantly interrupting me to ask if I was finished ordering while I was still speaking. As someone who works in a similar role, I’m always polite to service workers and understand that it’s not always a good time. However, this person’s behavior was unacceptable, using multiple curse words in an unprofessional manner. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, they continued to be rude directly to my face. While I understand that people have bad days, I believe it takes a concerted effort to be as mean as this person was to someone they didn’t know. I’m just very disappointed because this location was so close to my house.

I’m giving this location a second chance because the first time was a complete wreck. I went inside because on tracker it said order was complete. There was a line inside and people were trying to get help about their orders. Place was a mess, unorganized and LOUD. The mgr was rude, talking to employees as if no one else was present and would instantly get an attitude if someone asked if their order was ready. A gentleman approached the register and said that his wife had put in the order and that it had been about 30 mins already but was basically ignored by the mgr beacuase he didnt have an order number. He gave the mgr his wife’s name and was basically told his order was not ready. After another 15-20 mins he asks again. The mgr looks thru orders that were ready and finds his order. It had been ready this whole time. Wow!!! No apology no nothing! Total chaos just because there was a football game going on. I waited about close to an hour for my order. When order came out, a young lady dropped 2 of my wings on the floor and they acted like nothing had happened. I asked the mgr to atleast give me an extra ranch in place of the wings that were dropped. He made a pissed off face at me but gave me the ranch. What a total MESS!

I have eaten pizza from this location previously and it was excellent. Last night everything went wrong. I attempted to order online but it didn’t go through. I ordered when I got to the store and then I wanted to change it to delivery. I was told it would only be 8 minutes but 15 minutes later It finally rolled out. In that time I made a comment about no seating for those who wait, especially disabled people, One young man did get me a rolling stool and I was told the district manager took their chairs to another location.
So the pizza. I asked for pineapple and ham. It was ordered as a new Hawaiian pizza. I didn’t know that but when it came out it had bell pepper on it and I did not want bell pepper on it. It also didn’t have that garlicky taste I was looking for,.

Quinton Capers is the manager for Fate TX dominos and he is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever talked to on the phone. His driver lost our order and instead of fixing it, he berated us and told us we’re lucky we got the order…EVENTUALLY. Our second driver Lindsay was awesome and very apologetic for Quinton and our original driver. She should be the manager for this store, not him.

Please do not use this dominos location! All the way around terrible service, terrible food and worst of all the atmosphere in the restaurant was toxic! Ordered pizza through the app 6:52 pm- order will be ready within 22 minutes. We arrive at 7:05 and told your pizzas almost done- give us 5 minutes. 7:12 ask how much longer? Crew is arguing and customers are complaining their orders are wrong. Pizza is coming out of the oven now! Oh wait the lies are just starting. Our order was lost and the staff covered their tracks and marked it as ready but start remaking it. Long story short and after multiple lies from the staff, half the order is cold and the other half is warm we leave at 8:07. Asked if we could get a refund around 7:20 since we paid online and was told no- it’s almost ready.
