Our service ruined our experience here. My favorite thing to get is angel hair pasta – simple pasta dish that I convinced my husband we should go for Valentine’s Day because it’s my favorite. Especially because I came here before and had an amazing angel hair pasta with Alfredo with lump crab meat for a steal! I was excited to get it again. The restaurant was busy, we originally tried sitting in the dining area but there was about a 10 minute wait where a waitress said there was a table in the bar area ready asap, so we took that option. Again, bar area was busy, as it should be on a Saturday. Took 10 minutes for our waitress to get to us, which with how busy it was has its excuses except a table was right next to us (we were sat right next to the double doors that separate the restaurant from the bar area – little corner that has another table right next to it) and she was very attentive to them. When she took our drink order (which were just two waters) we didn’t see her again for another 10 minutes – scratch that, I could see her the entire time, and again I’m not dismissing that it wasn’t busy, but to hangout with your regular customers when we’re still waiting to even put in our order is frustrating. We put in our order, which I got angel hair Alfredo with crab and shrimp but to hold the shrimp I’d rather just have crab. My husband got wings & a root beer. It took almost a half hour until our food came. When we got our food which was not brought by our waitress, the girl asked if we needed anything and we still didn’t get our root beer. My husband called out that my pasta didn’t look like angel hair just normal spaghetti. I also didn’t realize the dish I got the previous time was a special because the crab I got was imitation. Not what I wanted at all. I tried getting our waitresses attention but to not avail and at this point I’m starving. After about 20 minutes or so, she finally comes over and asks (my husband even went to the bathroom and said to get the check and she still wasn’t around by the time he came back) I ask her if they changed the recipe on the pasta because it didn’t look like angel hair and how I came here and ordered this before and it came with real crab. She chuckled stating she’s worked here for 23 years and it has NEVER been real crab. And that it isn’t angel hair we changed the menu. I specifically came here for angel hair and instead of our server acknowledging the mistake, she simply HAD to be right. I only have 11 years of service industry experience not 23, but basic service industry standards requires hair up at all times, and simply wearing appropriate attire. We are new residents of bridgeville & we’re excited for a spot close to home with music. Sadly, my husband and I will never be back here because our experience just proved to my husband we should have never came to begin with.

First visit! LOVED IT! We sat in the bar, and our waitress/bartender was Jess… Amazing! Very few in the service industry are at her level. Thank you ❤️ I had a creamy pasta with mushroom sauce, husband had a linguine with red clam sauce… He is a tough sell! He loved his, I loved mine more. Love the homemade dressings here. What a hidden gem! Wish I lived in Bridgeville… I would be here all the time! The beer is ice cold. Everything you could want in a local spot. Great Job! We are impressed- because we are disappointed 9/10 times.

Not quite what I expected from a bistro offering Friday fish specials for lent. The fried fish sandwich, although good, is always on their menu. It’s not a lent special. It’s also $18 and all you get is the sandwich and chips. With fries and slaw, I paid about $22. My companions Grouper Sandwich was also good but the bun was huge compared to the size of the fish. Drinks were inconsistent. I ordered several of the berry martinis and some were stronger or had more fruit or were served at varying temperatures. They also only have a couple tablespoons that will hold parties of 6+ so we waited quite a while for a table even though they weren’t that busy. It’s unlikely I’ll eat here again.

Came in around 3 pm today to have a nice meal with my husband. The waitress was very prompt on getting us seated, providing us with menus and asking our drink order. Was wonderful. HOWEVER, there was a table of men , IN THE OTHER ROOM mind you, that were yelling, screaming, etc. Carried throughout the restaurant. We ordered and appetizer, but due to the yelling and screaming in the other room, asked our waitress to just make it go. Wanted to just cancel the order, but did not want the restaurant to have to “eat the cost”.Tipped her, paid and left. . There was also another older woman by us that was also upset by the yelling. . I have been in the restaurant business for years . Actually been a corporate trainer for a major pgh chain years ago, Cannon believe that mgmt did not step in and tell them nicely to please quiet down. This was not the bar side, but even there, someone should have politely asked them to to tone down their raucous behavior. Very disappointing.

June 2022 update
They survived COVID and even managed to give the dining room a face lift. It is much lighter now and the floor was replaced. The food is just as good as its always been and the wait staff is still top notch. We were seated immediately, the wait staff was hustling. Interesting specials were available. The only thing that went south was that there is not as extensive of a wine list. There are still wines, but not as many.
The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich is not really that spicy – but then again, my palate can handle a LOT of spice. Their hot sauce is very heavy in the oil department. It was a tasty chicken sandwich, but not particularly spicy. The grilled seafood salad was quite good and the white french dressing is very sweet.
Another good experience and we really ought to visit more often.

Always friendly staff. Mostly normal bar food but with a great chefs specials menu which is really interesting. Good, but small, wine last. Generally a great spot for dinner. Had an absolutely great meal between the chicken marsala and penne vodka.
Another visit, and it was also successful. Two pizzas and gnocchi… gone in a flash!

Good food, friendly service. Definitely recommend the French onion soup. Check out the lunch specials-you get more bang for your buck here. Enjoyed the fish, shrimp, fries and coleslaw-enough for a full meal!
There is a fee if you use a credit card to pay your bill. Also if you request more than one sauce eg. cocktail and tartar there is a minimal add on fee.
Many options to choose from. Check them out next time in South Fayette.

I rarely leave reviews, and when I do, it’s usually for a positive reason. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. I had high hopes that this place would be great and maybe it once was, but the experience was completely tarnished by the staff. The employee at the front taking orders was shockingly rude, to the point that I regretted ordering at all. When I received a notification that my order was ready and went to ask about it, I was told it wasn’t actually ready. I politely asked how much longer it might be, and she responded with “I don’t know.” When I asked if she had a ballpark estimate, she yelled to the staff in the back, was told five minutes, then relayed that to me while rolling her eyes.

I just love this place! The service is always very nice and friendly, the food is outstanding.
First time I was here was a Friday night and they had prime rib. It was quite possibly the best prime rib I’ve ever had. Twice baked potato and their hash white ranch on a salad. So good!!
