Becky gave us an exquisite experience with her friendly bubbly service she really knew her stuff! We very much enjoy the food as well very delicious. We enjoyed a four course meal for our year wedding anniversary and will definitely return. Highly recommend the filet mignon absolutely melts in your mouth! I believe our waiter’s name was Allen, and he made the entire experience phenomenal. He was super knowledgeable about both the dishes and the wine. I’m clueless when it comes to wine, but after I told him the flavors I like, he chose three different ones for me that were all SO GOOD.
We’ve been to many date night spots, and it’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service are equally outstanding—but this was one of those places. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will be back often.

Loved the atmosphere, appreciated the white tablecloths, comfortable seating, the changing of silverware after each course and the classy decor. Our server, Becky, went out of her way to explain the items on the menu and made some great suggestions. She was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable, a great asset to the restaurant. The complimentary breads with the whipped butter, garlic spread and tampanade was delicious. We tried not to fill up on this but the spreads were so good, it was hard not to. I had the ceasar salad, which was devine. The lettuce hearts were super crunchy and the dressing was out of this world and topped with the most delicious parm cheese. The bolognese with papardelle pasta was my main course and it was delicious. I added the side of mushrooms and it was a full bowl of different kinds of mushrooms sautéed in butter, yum. Looking forward to leftovers for lunch! The crème brûlée for desert, highly recommend! If I’m ever in Tulsa again? I’m coming back here and then will try the Alfredo which they prepare in the huge Parmesan table side! Highly recommend this restaurant!

So we went to this restaurant for our first experience here and we did it for Valentine’s Day. We really enjoyed our food until it came to our main course. Both of our meals just didn’t quite sit right she had the lobster and I had a chicken with a side of spaghetti meal all the appetizer and soup such was great. The staff treated as well and Josie experience overall all was great. I’m the only the only downside really was are entrée. I don’t know if it’s always as crowded as it was. It was a date night, Saturday Valentine’s Day, but it felt like all the tables were pretty cramped together in there. It was a little overstimulating with as much noise and things going on I know it was busy, but I mean I could’ve probably ate off the people’s table next to me without having to lean over. I’m gonna chalk it to them stuffing in more tables for Valentines. We were there at 4:30 reservation and we did not get our meal till just after 6 PM again, I’ll talk to the Valentine’s Day busyness and we are willing to try it again maybe different entrées for both of us, but we both tried each other‘s entrées and agreed that it was just not doing it tonight. Her lobster just tasted a little bit off and her pasta actually seemed overcooked and the chicken I had seemed very bland and it may just be because there’s so much going on there, but I don’t know

Just on the service alone, I would recommend Prossimo. The servers were so kind and had incredible personalities. I ordered a filet which literally cut like butter. I hadn’t eaten there before so I didn’t know the steak would be put on top of “flavorings”, which I wasn’t a fan of, but it was still a great steak. Next time, since I am kind of picky, I will simply ask for it without. The potatoes were out of this world. Our work group ate there and we had some people from out of State who absolutely loved it!! I would highly recommend giving Prossimo a try.

Highly recommend Prossimo! We had a fantastic experience. Grayson was a great server. The food was so good! We got the chicken parm, shrimp cakes, and table side Alfredo. They treated us with yummy dessert for our anniversary, which added to the experience!

Food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are on point! My brother and brother in law had the brunch buffet. They said everything was amazing. I opted for the cheese wheel Alfredo and have no regrets!! It was a whole experience. Watching it made tableside is really cool. I was very impressed. Best noodles I have had in my life! Also worth mentioning is the bread basket and the accoutrements that came along with it. I especially enjoyed the sourdough. We sat in the little sunroom area in the back which was a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. Our server was welcoming, kind, and informative. We had a lovely meal and I look forward to returning again!

Prossimo catered our wedding at the Philbrook, and it was absolutely incredible! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and the live chef stations. We featured a fettuccine cheese wheel, hand-pulled mozzarella, fresh focaccia, orzo, chicken Marsala, seasonal vegetables, a stunning tiramisu tower, and more. every dish was perfection.
Chef and Ashley, along with the entire Prossimo team, went above and beyond to create an unforgettable, family-style Italian dining experience. Their attention to detail and passion truly brought our vision to life; it wouldn’t have been the same without them.
The food was so good that several of our guests went back to Prossimo the next day for brunch and lunch because they couldn’t get enough! That alone says everything.
