The 2.2 stars this location has at the time of my review is EXTREMELY generous… You can always count on this location to be out of multiple ingredients or informing you when you arrive they are ONLY accepting online orders that will be ready in 20+ minutes, due to being understaffed. It’s not the employees fault but clearly poorly managed by corporate. Pay employees more and offer better benefits to attract/retain talent or simply close the location. It’s an awful reflection on the Chipotle brand.

You can see the photo below for reference of how pathetic your serving size is when you order online as well. Waste of time and money visiting this location.

It was so trash in there, that I didn’t even order.
To be honest, almost all Chipotles looks this bad. This location always! I’d always give it the benefit of the doubt, it gets busy sometimes. But this day, there was nooooooo one in the store. So why?…Food everywhere, meat and toppings looked dry and untouched.
I honestly didn’t want to post this. But hopefully mine and every other review would encourage some needed change to this location, and all Chipotle’s. The caliber and quality is declining.
Lastly, who or what ever is triggering the automatic responses from Chipotle to these reviews need to stop. No one is clicking that link to post another complaint. Just fix the problem and stop serving brown guacamole and stale chips. Thank you.

I love Chipotle (even worked for them) but OH MY GOD this location is terrible. Always out of something, never a manager who “can do anything about it” around, most of the time the line isn’t clean and the workers smell of weed. I’m hoping I get my refund from this last order and never consuming there again. Give the space to another meal place that can PROPERLY serve the area.

My favorite part of this Chipotle is that your pickup order is always 10-20 minutes late. What’s even better is watching 1 employee make the food while 2 others just stand and watch. This has happened twice this week at this location and we will not return.

Of course on arrival we find out they’re accepting online orders only. We decided to place the order. The wait wasn’t extremely bad however getting home and discovering we paid extra for EXTREMELY burnt steak sent me!! Not only was the “tiny” extra bowl of steak burnt, the meat inside the bowl and burrito was burnt to the point some couldn’t be chewed. I don’t know why every 3 months or so, we will give them a try but this will be my last!! This is the worse Chipotle I’ve ever visited.

This afternoon, my wife and family planned to get food from Chipotle Mexican Grill. I was working late, so they wanted to wait for me. My daughter and I arrived at Chipotle around 9:10 PM. We were greeted by a person named John, who informed us that they had closed at 9 PM due to Thanksgiving. I asked why the doors weren’t locked and why people were still inside ordering. I also inquired if we could still order online, and he said yes, until 10 PM. I questioned how the inside could be closed if online orders were still possible. I asked if all Chipotle locations were closed, and he the were. I then asked if corporate would provide the same information about closing at 9 PM for Thanksgiving if I called, and he they would. When I contacted Chipotle’s customer care and provided the zip code, they stated they closed at 10 PM. I explained my experience, and the customer service representative apologized and opened a case for me. I got out of my car and told John, what they said. I said to John that he had lied to me and that was bad for business. John remained un-fazed. I saw him turn away about 20 to 25 customers, telling each the falsehood that they closed at 9 PM. At that time, it was only 9:30 PM.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They only accept only orders, not because the machines or anything, they just dont want to deal with the accountability when they mess up your order. Then when you order online, they only add half what you order and claim they are all out.
They will give you an attitude about it and won’t help even if you confront then about it.

Worst chipotle experience. Man this chain has really gone done hill.

Stop hiring workers who dont know what customer service is.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience made me uncomfortable. I ordered a veggie bowl and later asked to add steak, which caused the employee to repeatedly question me and speak in a condescending tone. She even said “I don’t mean to put you on the spot,” which is exactly what it felt like especially in front of my family and other customers. I do think it was because I was young and she felt entitled, even my uncle noticed it and told her “get her what she wants”

I understand menu clarification, but it could’ve been handled politely and privately instead of making me feel embarrassed. Customer service matters just as much as the food.
