Burger King sometimes collaborates with anime or movie themes, and those limited-time meals usually catch my interest. For example, during the Naruto collaboration, I got Kakashi as the toy, which I really liked.
This time, they have a SpongeBob movie collaboration meal. The burger bun was changed to a bright yellow color, and the drink had a pineapple-style flavor, which matched the theme well. The Treasure Bacon Tots, to be honest, weren’t as good as the regular tots. However, the Strawberry Pie was quite good and probably my favorite item from the meal.
I used to eat at this location a long time ago, but a negative experience with staff attitude kept me from coming back for years. Now, I mostly stop by only to try their new collaboration items.
Overall, I personally prefer burgers from other places — nothing against Burger King, just a matter of taste.

What a breath of fresh air! I don’t get to say that often but it feels good to actually order something off of an app and not only is the order 100% how I asked for it, but it was delicious, neat, and you could tell the effort behind the staff members who works there takes Pride or at least does their job to standards. I don’t know who was working on the grill or making the burgers, but I promise you that burger look like the commercial. I ordered a double Texas whopper and the Texas double cheeseburger. Both sandwiches were flawless and exactly how I ordered them. I know this sounds silly but that was the best Double Whopper I’ve had throughout six counties in the Metro Atlanta area in the past 10 years. I’m so grateful to come on here and finally thank a restaurant and location for how well they prepare my food. Normally I have to complain about people for being so lazy and inconsiderate until it is ridiculous. But this location on Buford Highway (on the corner of Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Buford Highway) I will definitely go back as long as they keep the standards that they have I’m so impressed. This actually put me in a good mood. Thank you so much for just doing your job at a simplistic level but that’s usually the problem with other locations or other restaurants it’s too much to ask them to just do their simplistic job let alone going above and beyond the Call of Duty. This was a fantastic experience in all they did was follow the order notes correctly but that was enough for me to be happy excited and very appreciative of my experience here. Sorry I don’t have any photos because I’m not going to lie to you… I devoured that food!

worst service ever I specifically asked for fresh hash brown tots and fresh French toast sticks. I waited outside as they asked me to and they still brought me old French toast, sticks and old hash tots and this was the general manager that should’ve taken care of my every request I put in but yet she frowned up… You can’t be a general manager and have that kind of attitude and do not satisfy customers. That’s probably why y’all don’t get that much business anyway… terrible

I just want to say that the one big black lady had an extremely horrible attitude for no reason, i go here often with my girlfriend to buy a CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH NO LETTUCE. Very simple. So thats what i ordered a large NUMBER 6 with no lettuce and 2 buffalo sauces. I pull up around to the window and had to pay 19 dollars??? And they give me 2 wraps?!?? And also no sauce.. So i told them hey my order is complete wrong i ordered a simple crispy chicken sandwich. Big lady comes out with atrocious attitude. Telling me i have to pay for the new order when i already payed 19 dollars for 2 wraps and the large fry was half filled too. Then i ask her so can i get my sandwich? She just yells some more crap at me and tells me to have a blessed day without answering my damn question. I dont ever write no reviews on anywhere in my life, but today i had to and I hope somebody reads this, and i really wish she would get fired cause wow. Why have such a disgusting attitude when u work here, if you dont like it, dont work at burger king. Get rid of the big mean lady please, extremely rude..

Great Service. Michelle at drive thru is exceptional and I told her. One other guy brought food 2 me was also friendly and showed great respect. If stay like that will skip BK’s near me to come to yours. GREAT PLACE

Ordered 30$ worth of food and my order was incorrect. Thurs 1230am by the time I got home it was closed. I have allergies to certain things and they were not removed from the order like I asked, and is stated on the receipt. I called but no answer.
Guess I dont eat tonight. 1 of the 3 impossible woppers were correct and they said it wasn’t very good

Old burnt hash browns. I love BK and this is one that I do not like coming to. The older woman in the am on the drive thru has a major attitude problem, every single time I have came by. It’s unfortunate because they could have wayyy more business due to its location too. The staff act as if they are in some sort of rush? There are no customers here lol… and I see why. Please hire new staff. Please!

Absolutely amazing experience! Yes at Burger King! Starting with our cashier Prince, he was very mature, professional, and patient! The cook took his time and made our food perfectly. A lot of times fast food restaurants rush and make the food sloppy. It was so good my husband went back and got another Impossible Burger! When we were sitting down eating, the manager Joshua bought my babies a toy and checked on us. Oh yeah and at the register Prince gave them a crown. The bathrooms were clean. It was just overall a surprisingly great experience!

Just went in to order and wanted to use my virtual gift card to get 5 off. Neither one of the workers knew how to use my gift card in their system. The lady said someone came early with the same thing. Common sense should have told the employee that if they don’t know how to accept a gift card then maybe you should find out how. Thing is it probably says gift card on there main screen. Sad customer service. No effort at all

Came at 11:30pm to grab something to eat since you guys are supposed to be open…Workers are outside smoking in a car nobody is inside at the window or answering the drive thru. This is ridiculous I don’t care what folks do at work but as someone that manages a restaurant find folks that actually do their job.
