My kids and I frequent this Tropical Smoothie often, and the experience is always great. Employees greet me with a smile & even by name & treat every one of my orders, no matter how busy it is, like I am their only customer. They have handled large group orders for me for our local middle school sports teams flawlessly, with zero mistakes & have always been willing to make last minute changes when needed. It is not uncommon for employees to be seen helping other customers carry large orders out to their cars. This team truly goes above and beyond EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And bonus, food and drinks are always fresh and delicious!

Worst experience at a tropical smoothie.
My drink was not filled to the top, and soupy, no add in’s to effect this. Had to go in bec they forgot the straws. Then went in bec they substituted corn for potatoes bec they were out which i feel like should’ve been refunded or at least said when picked up. The potatoes also looked like they were prepared so many hours before. Then the Greek yogurt bowl was prepared a day ago and I only wanted blueberries and subbed the strawberries for more blueberries. The one I received clearly looked like they just fished out the strawberries as it was half empty on top with an indentation where the strawberries wouldve been. Just made me not trust it. And it wasn’t cold.
Our “should’ve been warm” food was cold overall, the wraps were largely SMALLER than usual.

I cannot believe to make a review for this place, as someone who has been going here the past couple years, I’ve never had an issue with this location, but I made an order in which the website had put in my smoothie as “normal” when it normally doesn’t get turbido, and it came out normal, I asked the girl up front if she could remake it and she said “sorry we don’t do that” and when normally this is not an issue. I’m also not having the greatest day either but least say very disappointed In how I was treated when the system itself messed up my order

My husband and I went to order, and the girl behind the counter didn’t even look at us, we stood there waiting to give our order, not friendly at all. My smoothie had no flavor and was thin. Wasn’t to happy
