Such a cute little eatery. I ordered the deep dish pizza. It was the absolute best. I’ve tasted in years even better than some Chicago deep dish the ambience is a vibe if you’re lucky enough to eat out one of the two dine in tables. And the staff is courteous and kind. Sidebar I ordered the cannoli for dessert and wasn’t really impressed. But everything else was fire. I can’t wait to go back to my favorite ducked off spot.

Ordered online on a Sunday for lunch. Arrived at the restaurant at the time I told in text to pickup my 2 pizzas. The gentleman working went back to look for my order and came back to tell me in had been left in the oven. Mistakes happen, I understand…. I was told that they could remake it and it would be 10-15 minutes. I waited outside with my toddler and went back into the store 15 minutes later, expecting my order to be ready or almost ready. A different gentleman came and asked how he could help me and I told him that my order was being remade. He looked to another worker in the back, who came to the register to tell me that my pizzas were just being put into the oven. I was a little confused because she was the one who had told me 10 to 15 minutes. I was the only person in the place. Maybe they had a ton of online orders, I don’t know,… But it did not appear to be busy. I told the woman that I was disappointed and just really confused what had happened. She didn’t have much of an answer. She seemed to almost hesitantly apologize but there was no sense of a true apology and there was absolutely no sense of urgency in anyone working in the store. Very disappointed because we were bringing a pizza to my elderly grandpa, who recently moved to the area and was looking for a good pizza place. I have no opinion on the food, as my order was never completed. I would 100% not recommend because of lack of customer service and any sort of organization.

I had a terrible experience from the very beginning. When I called to place my order this past weekend the employee that answered the phone seemed irritated and had no interest in being there. After I placed my order, didn’t even give my total and hung up. When I went to pick up the order, I believe the same employee greeted me because they had the same attitude as when I called. When he grabbed my order he pretty much through it on the counter at me. Didn’t even say thank you or anything.

My wife ordered food from your location the other day and she was highly unsatisfied with her overall experience. Your people don’t wear hair nets when working with food? We saw this bigger guy in the back with a full beard and we were scared that his hair would end up in our food. And we are pretty sure it did. We will never be back to this location again. What happened to customer service of this restaurant? It seems to have change lately.

I worked late and was craving spaghetti. I ordered spaghetti and garlic bread. Both were flavorless and nondescript. The spaghetti was flavorless and the garlic bread was soggy. I could have bought the same spaghetti and garlic bread from the frozen food section at the grocery store for half they price. So basic. When I got home I had to add more spices. I was so disappointed. Managers and owners pay attention. If you want a premium price for your product you need to provide a premium product. This was so mediocre

Honestly probably one of the best pizzas i have ever eaten. We got thin crust sausage and pep. Also got salads. Idk if it was homemade dressing but really delicious. So good.

Polite person took phone order. I had some difficulty ordering on line. Pickup time was spot on. Greeted kindly. And of course the pizza was delicious! Reheated nicely the following 2 days! You won’t be disappointed! And don’t forget to order their garlic bread! Soft and garlicey!

We ordered Double dough vegetarian spinach garlic pizza & paid extra charge for double dough but we got pepperoni thin crust pizza. We are vegetarians , so could not eat it. We tried to call them but no response.We were very excited to try this pizza but worst experience ever. Worst experience, forget about the taste, they could not do basic thing which is deliver a correct pizza.
