We ordered three birria pizzas from La Costenita for the Super Bowl, and they were absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich, savory, and every bite was a hit with our whole family. This is truly some of the best birria pizza we’ve tasted.
On top of the great food, the staff was incredible! Kathy was so friendly and welcoming, and the other young lady helping us was just as nice (I wish I remembered her name ). Everyone made us feel appreciated and taken care of.
We will definitely be coming back again both for the delicious food and the warm, attentive service. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite spots with the best $1.25 taco Tuesdays. Best drinks, environment n staff. I had shrimp flautas. Excellent. Summer made the special request drinks n Armando listened to every request n made sure we never had to ask. Very attentive. Very nice spot

Amazing Mexican restaurant. We found out about them when their food truck was at garage tavern a while back. World class birria tacos, pizza, and fries. Decent beer selection. Very filling and well priced.

First time here. The pizza birria was amazing! It was enough for me and my husband to share. We had to take the rest of it home, we couldn’t finish it! Sooo yummy. The aguas frescas were tasty and flavorful. The server was nice and attentive. We will definitely be coming back.

My new favorite Mexican restaurant! I didn’t want the typical Mexican that you find in every other restaurant and this place came highly recommended for more traditional central Mexico dishes.
I came in a little late after the dinner rush; around 8 pm. Sit wherever you can find a table and I was greeted quickly with chips by Jackie. I ordered guacamole thinking it would be just served in a bowl but was served freshly made and very tasty guacamole, with fresh salad, cut cucumbers topped in chamoy sauce. Very tasty! My next order was the Quesa Birria. Delicious meat perfectly cooked stuffed in between a soft flour shell with cheese and a side of dipping a’ju and it was fantastic!
I love Cheladas and it was on par with nice seasoning and not watered down. The chamoy came through in every sip.
My last dish was the Pizza Birria, which I saw posted from a Tik-Tok food video review and wow! This is a meal by itself. Delicious beef, cooked so tender and stuffed with peppers and cheese. The dipping sauce or a’ju is the key to this dish with savory flavors, fresh onions and cilantro.
I can’t wait for my next visit! Thanks to Summer and Jackie for a great experience.

The best food and drinks in Greensboro!!! The birria melt is amazing and so is the pollo creamosa. Some of the strongest drinks I’ve ever had and the chips and salsa are so flavorful! The staff is amazing! It’s a family owned restaurant and you can tell by how they Carter to families like theirs. Kids eat free mondays and I’ve seen them give out stickers to little kids for being good diners! The weekends are always fun with the dj and the margarita specials. On taco Tuesday their regular street tacos are $2 a piece and you can’t beat the quality! Honestly these place a staple in Greensboro and the triad. Other places may come and go but here they treat you like family and remember your order when they’ve seen you before. They offer 30% for first responders in uniform and they’ll help you with parties (although they don’t take reservations) as long as you talk to the manager Summer enough in advance. They’ve done kids birthday parties, graduations, etc! Definitely try this place out !!
