This is the best papa John’s I’ve been to.
The owner brought my order to my car when It was ready. I was completely caught off guard. Fantastic service and price, definitely going to be a mainstay in the dinner rotation. Atmosphere only has 3 stars because it’s just go in and pay, so it doesn’t really apply. Nor is it important. The price and service are 10x more important, and they went above and beyond expectation.

I have come here twice already in the last two weeks and asked for one of my pizzas to be cut in squares for the kiddos but guess what, both times they have been cut wrong. Guess cant follow instructions very well. May have to try a different location to get what I ordered right. Plus first time pizza was made wrong and didn’t have time to go back because I was in a hurry. Do better!! The parking lot needs some attention

On Friday October 24th between 7:41pm – 7:43pm I watched the young female worker play with her hair, put it back in a ponytail and immediately handled a pizza dough. She didn’t wash her hands and handled the dough with her bare hands. If there are cameras, I strongly suggest corporate take a look. Not only is it disgusting but it is unhygienic. I watched from my car in the parking lot and wished I had my phone with me that night. Do yourself a favor and go to Pizza Belly because they handle their pizzas with gloves on.

I hadn’t had a PJ pizza in a long time, and was really looking forward to the one I ordered yesterday. The guys in the shop were very professional and polite, so I figured that would ensure a good product. Yeah, not so much, the pizza was like cardboard with no flavor, and despite ordering 2 toppings, there weren’t even enough on my medium pie to even cover ONE slice! I’d probably give you guys another shot and rewrite this review since your customer service was good.

Today we received a very undercooked pizza. We ate some but ended up putting it in the oven until it was fully cooked. The pepper was white and moldy (we didn’t eat it). Now two of us are sick. Extremely disappointed.

I order your pizza often however today I had to leave without ordering. Your employee working today at 11am was not knowledgeable, needed a shower (yes, I wrote that) and has an open wound on his hand. I attempted to make this complaint private through the Papa John’s website however the process was not possible without an order number. So, that needs attention too. Not a good day for your business.

Got the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and a chicken and bacon papadia. Both were amazing.
The gentleman who was working was awesome. He was very friendly and helpful with menu choices. Will definitely be going back!!

They have a covered outside picnic table. That is a big plus. Service is excellent. Staff were so nice.

Logo says “Better ingredients” but I beg to differ. The grilled chicken was chewy and the crust is like eating stale bread. They don’t keep the pizza under warming light after it’s made. In the future, I will pay a little more and get Twisted Pizza again. Not good pizza- Papa John’s.
