My teammates and I had a wonderful experience at this fine Panda Express establishment. We throughly enjoyed our various chicken entrees and of course the scrumptious sides of fried rice and noodles. The servers were kind and were very open to us even though we were beleaguered and tired after a long day on the cross country course.

I usually eat at panda about 4 times a week. I stopped at this one I this city and it is nothing like I am used too. The portion sizes are small the good was not like the other locations. The team was not cheerful did not great didn’t know how to input coupon codes. Just standing around took a long time to serve me even though nobody in line. The white rice was just one big lump block couldn’t even eat it. I won’t be coming back to this location again. Totally disappointed. I would have write more but I’m on my lunch break and they took most of it making me wait. Update. Came again about six months after first review and still I wasn’t happy Sane thing took longer than usual to place and receive my order. My food was not hot by the time I sat down to eat it and my kung Pao was mostly cucumbers and only one piece of chicken no flavor. Sadly I won’t t be giving it another try next time I’m passing through Madera.

The food was good and fresh. The employees were polite and the restrooms were clean. Ordered the walnut shrimp and it was made to order at the time so that was awesome. The Rangoon’s were good as well.

I love panda express but this one seems terrible. I ordered a bow and the cashier had the gut go give me just one hot sauce. What? Oh, I guess they do that to black people (I hate to go that route but it looks like). This is my second experience and it’s sad that sometimes I prefer driving to Fresno to eat Panda.

Every time my mom and I come here, the food is of bad quality. And my mom usually gets sick and a stomach ache. We have no problem with any other Panda Express locations, just this one.
Also, the chicken was very dry, tasted old, and the chilis were burnt. Chowmein was overcooked and dry also.
From the looks of other reviews on here, it seems like the management, and owner doesnt seem to get it.
Please avoid doing business at this Panda Express location.

First thing I order broccoli beef they had me something that looks burnt and very old he said oh won’t get you some new stuff I said no thank you that orange chicken fried rice absolutely no taste no sauce packets I’ll highly recommend finding another place to go. The food here is mediocre and this building inside is so cold feels like a morgue. You sit down to eat within 10 minutes; your food is cold. It’s a good thing I did not bring my grandbaby here she would’ve froze. Panda has to do better on their entrée portions you’re basically paying for the noodles and rice.Panda recently raised it’s prices and now gives you smaller portions. Also, the chain already charges me extra for it’s coconut shrimp, but now has shrunk that portion too. The decline in service might be caused by the lack of available people to work. Not something I think any restaurant could avoid! The decline in food portions and the lack of taste is something I think they could remedy! I for one have given up on them! Three bad meals in a row was more than I am willing to overlook. Under cooked food, lack of sauce in the entrees hard stale rice. Going to frequent a local Chinese Restaurant where price are a little higher and food is great!

I’ll give it 5 stars because its Panda Express… this one is just like any other. I have been to many, many, many Pandas.
You either like it or you don’t, but as far as franchised go… and as far as representing the brand between various franchises Panda as whole gets 5 – stars compared to places like Taco Bell or McDonald’s.
I haven’t ever walked into a Terrible other absolutely dirty ruin down Panda.
Service is always constant straight across the board. Is the foods authentic or not is debated. But its affordable compared to Asian food options, fast and easy. But heck this is American, consistent quality and service is what we’ve be socially engineered at this piont to he the best we can hope for.
In this regard I put Panda in the top escolon right next to Moe’s as far as fast food goes.
