Went for the Friday fish fry with the family. As most places it was busy around dinner time on a Friday (30 minute wait). A young lady pointed us over to the hostess table which is on the opposite wall of the entrance.
Once seated server was there almost instantly. Drink and appetizer order was taken immediately. Wisconsin cheese curds were light and stringy, our boys loved them. Chicken wings were good, crispy where sauce wasn’t applied, think I might actually like them better this way.
Grilled shrimp was ordered by a few of the family and they were large compared to most other places. Red potatoes were soft and well seasoned.
Baked Cod fish fry was great, potato pancakes were also softer and not greasy.
Will be returning again.

Small homey bar restaurant in the middle of no where. The tables had bright red tablecloths. The wings are crispy and delicious. I had cajun baked cod with red potatoes. The fish was delicious – done perfectly with drawn butter. The potatoes were good, but could have been hotter. The coleslaw was tasty.

Fun, quaint, busy spot. Friday night fish fry was great! Combo Platter included 2 nice big shrimp. Cheese curds $9, 2 combo platters $19 each?, fish dinner $13, 3 drinks & an iced tea came to $90. Looking forward to another visit!!

I had the crispy Buffalo chicken sandwich and it was really good. Came with basically just the chicken, bun and Buffalo sauce, no lettuce, tomato or anything but might be something you could ask for. Got the fries as my side and asked them to make them Cajun…my friends said that was the right choice bc they were pretty bomb. My husband got the garlic parm wings and really like them (not pictured), and ordered the ribs as his meal since they’re the Saturday special. He wasn’t as impressed with them…has had better elsewhere. But they weren’t bad and maybe they’re up someone else’s alley nice vibe and ambiance. Our waitress was great and we didn’t wait long for food! 4/5 (bc of the ribs) would eat there again though. Will happily give a 5/5 of the next meal is good too!

The staff is very knowledgeable friendly and there are a lot of people that are regulars and then have been for years it is a wonderful place to sit around chat socialize play poker games or bingo as well as other things you will enjoy

This place was recommended from a friend of my wife. He said the burgers were great. I agree. The burgers & chicken sandwich were outstanding. We ended our visit with a spirited game of Horseshoes! Great food, Great service. Thanks Shellie!

We had a birthday group of 28, and one child. One waitress and she worked her butt off! She did a great job. The kitchen kept up with various orders from across the menu. This place was very accommodating. They had no problems with separate checks either. I wish more places were like this one. They didn’t forget what good service means. Prime rib is what I ordered- flavor and “doneness” was perfect, however mine was a bit fattier than I liked but it balanced out.
