I love this place!!! I met the manager and he was the sweetest!!! It was fast and easy to get my food and overall the experience was amazing. I usually do online ordering and I’m usually a person that’s pretty antisocial, but I felt welcomed and it was an easy process! This place is definitely my new go to.

I ordered my food on 9/20 around 8-9pm ish , when I received my meal and when I opened it , the dressing was spilled in the food, the meal look like a left over meal . I die not see everything I added in my meal. Things were missing , I did not receive the exactly mean I ordered . I don’t feel comfortable eating this based on how it looked and not seeing the additional things I added. I need my refund

The food was acceptable, but the employer, Joanna, was sick with a cough and a sniffle. She kept touching the food without wearing a mask, which is a health hazard. My apples and avocado were rotten, but the rest was fine. Although she was nice, she shouldn’t be handling food if she’s unwell. After eating, I couldn’t finish my meal because my stomach started hurting.

First off, the girl who made my bowl, Gabriella, she’s great. Very kind and understanding even after I changed my mind a couple times. All the employees I’ve noticed are really good, but the manager however, he is something else. The few times I’ve been in and he’s there, he never looks friendly, he doesn’t help anyone and he reeks of cigarette smoke. He himself makes the experience a bit unpleasant.

So there’s this Middle Eastern man that works morning and lunch shifts right so on this particular day, I gotta pick up an order from Sweet Green for DoorDash. I’m doing some deliveries when I get there. I show the Middle Eastern man what order I’m picking up. I confirmed the order upon his request as I’m trying to input the directions to deliver the food. He says he wants to see my phone to see if I’ve confirmed it and I said check your systems your systems will let you know if the order has been confirmed or not like everybody else who uses the DoorDash platform all the merchants have a way of being notified when the delivery driver has confirmed the pick up right but he just insisted just continuous insisted, bro I already showed you my phone once I don’t have to show you my phone if I’ve confirmed it or not if I’ve given you my word that it’s been confirmed you don’t have confidence in what I’m telling you if you don’t confide in what I’m telling you is the truth then go on your system your systems won’t lie and then he’s telling me that his systems don’t notify him if the order has been confirmed or not when all the other merchants get the notification so my question is who’s lying is all the other merchants lying or is this guy lying and he’s trying to give me a hard time. Listen, sweet Green if you don’t trust DoorDash delivery drivers to deliver your food maybe you should turn to someone else sweet Green you are not bigger than the DoorDash corporation or platform we provide more of a service than Sweetgreen does. I am almost forced to buy glasses that record all my activity. I’m gonna have to invest $500 to record how Adaline and out-of-pocket some of these regular store employees are getting their abusing of their authority and power so in response to me telling telling him to check his systems that I have confirmed the order he said he can refuse to give me the food which I physically already had in my possession cause he handed it over to me after I showed him that I was there to pick up the order so my question to him is what you’re gonna physically take this food for me after I have it in my possession. What point does this guy have to make by saying who made the food? Great you made the food but what is who made the food have anything to do with you checking the notifications on your end to see if the order has been confirmed the only obligation I have is to show you my phone when I’m there to pick up the order this Middle Eastern man needs to get fired or needs to get taught a lesson as far as a adequacy in customer service, your regular store employee you’re not a DoorDash employee you should not be instructing me and telling me what to do. I am a subcontracted employee. I do not work for DoorDash and I do not work for you. Who’s to say I have to comply with anything you ask of me my only compliance and obligation is to show you my phone of the order that I’m picking up when I get there after that I have no other obligation to show you my phone or anything that’s my personal privacy. That’s my personal phone. If you don’t trust us delivery drivers who deliver food with the DoorDash platform use another delivery service stop giving these delivery drivers a hard time as it is we don’t get paid good enough to tolerate half of the nonsense. We need people who are gonna be time efficient and not find new ways to complicate our jobs. Thank you.

I love sweetgreen and I always have a great experience in Bedford nh and at the north shore mall but this location just dropped the ball a bit for me the steak in my salad was tough and over cooked and so was the roasted broccoli like it was mushy and kinda burnt which is a bummer cause that’s my favorite thing to add as the bread was rock hard stale like it had been out longer than a the day. I love sweet green and I always suggest it but not this location

Terrible experience. Went in 12/23 at 6:30 Side door was locked when I tried to enter then No one greeted me for over 5 min after I entered as they were too busy on their phones as I stood at the counter. When I did get someone’s attention and asked for an avocado ranch bowl she made it with quinoa when it calls for white rice so I asked her get me white rice instead. After she made my bowl it rung up to four dollars more than advertised when I asked about it the two girls said it’s a salad not a bowl and I have to pay more for rice I pointed out it’s not the advertised price. Also it says it comes with rice. They were very upset with me and told me I got a hot honey bowl not an avocado ranch bowl I’d asked for multiple times and they had confirmed I was originally getting. I left without food as they rolled their eyes at me.

Our favorite stop for fresh lunch or dinner. Just tried the new fries today which were amazing! The staff at this Salem location was super friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience today.
