Do yourself a favor and come grab lunch or dinner from this authentic Japanese food truck in Lago. This food truck is an absolute must try! The owner is so very sweet and her employees are always so kind and welcoming
Their chicken teriyaki is hands-down the best we’ve ever had. Their portions with every item is superrrr generous, easily enough to share with someone or save leftovers and her sauces are perfectly sweet and savory and some spicy ones!
The Takoyaki comes with 5 BIG pieces and is soooo good and crispy! LITERALLY my favorite appetizer, I definitely recommend getting that if you come here! 🙂
My personal favorite is the Seeda Spicy Soup, which is her take on hot & sour soup. It’s PACKED with soft tofu, enoki mushrooms, bamboo slenders, green onions, egg, and crispy fried garlic, all in a rich, flavorful broth that has the perfect amount of spice. It’s warming and spicy. Also perfect warmed up a day later!
Also her cheesecakes are literally so good and as someone who makes homemade cheesecake all the time with a graham cracker crust, she really does make them so perfect and yummmmyyy. Definitely get one of their desserts if you stop by
Everything is made fresh, with care, and love, you can really taste the quality in her food in literally every bite. I definitely recommend coming out and supporting this amazing local gem, your taste buds will thank you! ✨

I highly recommend the poke garden bowl. The tuna is always great quality and everything is fresh… if you live in Lago then you know the food selection out here is pretty lousy. I’m glad we have this place, I frequent Seeda fairly often.
(This is a food truck, but they have outdoor seating)

I’ve enjoyed Seeda a few times now – consistently, absolutely, positively delicious food and great service.
The katsu and sauces are excellent, flavorful, perfectly breaded and cooked. The Seeda Chili Chicken is mind-bending. The Kimchi Goyza are so good they’re mouth-watering.

portion to price ratio is some of the best in Austin, could easily turn this into 2 meals. lot of vegetarian options and my only wish is they put more sauce because it was so good. the salad hit, the tofu and the rice hit. altogether great experience. we had live music and the other food trucks are great too!

This place is just incredible. The gentlemen working there was kind and polite. The food was so much better than what we had expected from a food truck. I wish the spicy option was spicier… but the catsu chicken was fried so very well. The hot and sour soup was surprisingly spicy and delicious. I’d never had hot and sour soup before but now I’m hooked! Can’t wait to visit this place again!

SOOOOO GOOOOD! Both the food and the service are great! Kimchi fried dumplings are amazing! Sauce for the fried tofu made me love fried tofu!!! And the chicken teriyaki…. I literally had to fight a bee off because he was determined to finish my food for me! And the one pic I didn’t include was my hibiscus drink but rest assured it too is the TNT!!! Thanks SEEDA for an awesome lunch!

Absolutely AMAZING Japanese fusion food! The tofu katsu was delicious and so was the veggie gyoza! The breading on the tofu katsu was perfect and super crunchy. The gyoza also have a nice crispy skin that is so satisfying to eat. The katsu sauce was very tasty and the rice was cooked to perfection. Also the portion size was impressive for the price!
