First visit…We chose it because it has been around since the 1800’s..or something like that..the cheese Curds were AMAZING! Our burgers were ok all sandwiches come with skin on fries..which were great. Great service, plenty of seating choices..beautiful day.

The waitress said the kitchen was shutting down the breakfast menu for the day, but if we could order and she could get it back to them in the next two minutes, we would be good. It worked out to our advantage. Food was great.

It’s not a landmark but it’s somewhat of an establishment for Hudson, WI. If it’s busy it’s really busy and that’s not very busy in the summer. In the winter and spring there are days that’s full. Workers are nice. Patrons I would say mixed. Some nice so not so nice. The food can be decent based on who’s cooking on the back. Overall it’s worth visiting and getting a drink.

I met up with a friend at this place because I’ve never been here before. I got to say that it is the place I really like to be at it has good food that leaves your full and the environment is comfortable and inviting prices are reasonable, especially for the amount of food you get, also while my friend and I were chatting everything they still checked on us made sure that we were served and taken care of. The staff are very attentive and very kind. I appreciate the entire staff and how we were treated through the whole experience I definitely will stop again to have another burger or even try one of their other dishes.

The bartenders had excellent sass for needy drunk Sunday patrons. The music was a bit too loud to have a normal conversation so i gave them 4/5. The drink selection was awesome, the staff was a bit hungover, but info recommend this place for a good dive bar in Hudson when all you see are tourist traps.

2.5 hours to get food, and the service was horrible!!
Our party of 12 was seated, but never waited on. After 30 minutes of watching everyone else get seated and served, we finally cornered the manager and asked for help. She apologized and assigned us a waitress. The waitress took our food and drink order at the same time. 15 minutes later, we had our drinks (45 minutes after getting our table).
Here’s the kicker, she never came back. We had to get up and go to the kitchen ourselves to get coffee and water refills. And our food wasn’t served until just over 2 hours after we placed the order!!! Seriously, we were at our table for 2.5+ hours before our food arrived.
We thought we were getting slow service because we had a party of 12 and the kitchen was backed up. However we watched people come in, get seated, and get food.
