Quite disappointing, lets start with food quality and presentation, we ordered Haveli special goat karhai, and trust me there was nothing special and on the top of that it was not even a karhai. I guess they served goat thick curry as karhai.
A quick suggestion to the owners: atleast serve your special karhai in a karhai with a little green garnished on the top to make its presentation more appealing.
2nd thing we ordered was beef seekh kabab. The presentation was good and so the taste. No complaints. I would rank that 5/5. Also I would rank butter naan with 5/5.
The atmosphere was okayyy with no one else in there, a family just came in when we were leaving. We happened to use the restroom after a long drive and that is clean yet had no soap in there
The most important thing to talk about is the car parking, and there was plenty. So 10/5 :).

Came for my first time for lunch buffet with co workers celebrating birthdays. We reserved a big table and it was ready for us on our arrival. We arrived before noon so there was only one other table. The service was very friendly and the food selection was amazing. All the food was fresh and bursting with flavors. I tried my best to try everything and there was no bad dish. My favorites were the chicken biryani, goat, chicken, and spinach dishes. There was plenty of fresh nan that tasted amazing. There was a desert similar to rice pudding. Very good and not to sweet, but full of natural flavors. I really can’t wait to return to try dinner and weekend brunch. My only recommendation would be tea as I was falling to sleep after returning to work. I shouldn’t eat so much, but food was just so good!

Very hospitable staff and amazing food. This is a go to for Sunday lunch. The samosa with chaat is the perfect starter. Always a good idea to stop by. If you go in the morning then it’s not very busy and you can have a quiet meal but the restaurant comes to life after 5pm. I highly recommend the in-house mango Lassi. It’s very hard not order 2 one for take take out.

We visited Haveli Grill for the first time on a Sunday, back in March 2023, to try their buffet. We are 100% sure that you won’t be disappointed by their buffet options. Every item on the buffet menu is delicious. You will get the taste of the following items: Fresh Salad, Channa with some veggies, Samosa, Chicken Biryani, Goat Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Spicy Chole Masala, Saag Paneer, Kesari Halwa, Chicken Tandoori, Naan and Gulab Jamun for dessert. You can also request Fresh Puri and Naan to be brought to your table, as well. If you are looking for halal/Indian food in Sacramento, definitely check out Haveli Grill. I respect the hospitality and attentiveness in regards to making each guest experience first class service. The brother that was serving us made sure to take care of our needs. When we enquired about the chief cook, it was Shahen Shah and Amir Saab, who were very good at cooking authentic Pakistani dishes. They were also very nice and accommodating, which makes the experience a whole lot better. This was indeed a very unique and pleasant experience in Sacramento. A MUST GO PLACE FOR HALAL FOOD. The most important part is FOOD, which is world class. Honestly, just writing about it makes me want to eat some more. We will be going back soon. ✌️

Out of way from the mall area, the restaurant is located right across from the red lobster and outback. Handicap parking in the front and extra parking in the back. The biryani is hands down best in town regardless of which one you order from the menu! There are no lamb dishes for the offering but the goat dishes are really good too. We ordered the butter chicken and the goat korma, both of which were good. They also have really good mango lassi. Definitely recommend.

We recently celebrated my mother‘s birthday at this wonderful restaurant. The food was excellent, made spicy to our taste, great service and very clean on the inside. I drove all the way from Los Angeles to Sacramento for this amazing dinner. Amazing food prepared by the cook, Manpreet Kaur. Will be back!

Incredible food and extremely friendly service! Don’t let the location or interior fool you, this place is heat. I wasn’t sure what to order so I put my trust in the gentleman who waited on my girlfriend and I. He recommended the Chicken Tikka Masala with a side of rice and some Garlic Naan. On top of the fantastic smells wafting throughout the dining area with each order brought out, the food was extremely flavorful and beautifully presented. Y’all, I’m not kidding when I say I cleaned the plate!
The waiter set me up from the beginning! Hook, line, and sinker! Then had the audacity to say they have full buffets on the weekends… My only gripe is there wasn’t a way to refill your water but that won’t stop us from bringing our own bottles next time!

My family and I ordered food from Haveli for my brother’s nikaah ceremony (we’re from NY and flew to Cali for ceremony). I must say Haveli’s food quality is superb and so tasty!!! I wish there was a chain here in NY. I highly highly recommend to get your food catered by them!!
