Just got home from jack in the box. The order was wrong, and they made us pull up to a spot then gave us cold food.They also gave me a small coke when I ordered a large coke with light ice. Then they gave me a large coke with extra ice. And we told them several times we wanted no sauce yet they filled our bag with hot sauce. Despite us repeatedly telling them no sauce. Do not come to this location. They also gave us the wrong burger. We ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger. Yet all we got was a burger with no bacon.

Just got off of work pick the breakfast egg and sausage delicious hash brown was overcooked French toast was undercooked took it back later that night manager Oscar ask me if I called and I said no but there’s the receipt and there’s the food I ate 25% of each item except the egg and sausage he asked me what did I expect back he said he could return only the hash brown and I told him I did not eat the French toast it was undercooked and he said fine I will give you a hash brown and a french toast on a regular basis expect that but I expected him to compensate my time to have to return and complain about it by either giving me a drink or replacing the full meal we’re asking me if I wanted something else instead I felt like I was bothering them by returning next time I might take my $6 to IHOP or Denny’s cuz they also have $6 specials for breakfast !

This place is not friendly to the hard workers of the American transportation system. I drive a 53ft truck and I had no way of entering the drive thru. When I went to the window and explained to the worker that my truck won’t fit in the drive thru, he was rude and denied service to me due to my transportation method. PLEASE DO BETTER. The truckers bring 90% of things you consume. Be more courteous as well and train your employees to be more respectful. Worst thing is if I ordered online I would’ve had no issue receiving my food, but since they saw a mexican truck driver they discriminated me. Very poor job!

Been in here for 40 mins waiting on my order that was preordered on door dash. Never using this jack in the box. No one at the front desk multiple customers just walk in wait and leave. This is something that needs to improve used to come here 25/7 now I don’t even go there on a sunny day. Was originally waiting for my food and might want to refund and go somewhere else. Then the guy gives me a broken cup holder and spills my shake and drink thanks bruh I earned one star!

Free Jumbo jacks when dodgers pitchers throw 7, or more, strike outs!! Woohoo!! Go Dodgers!! UPDATE: Dodgers are in the playoffs and this place no longer supports them. I just asked for the dodgers deal and they told me they no longer give the free Jumbo jack ( even though I got one this morning) and the sign about the dodgers deal is still out, next to the menu board.
That ain’t right, I have a feeling they lied to me. I’ll try another jack in the box tomorrow.
