Food was cold and the nuggets not cooked all the way. I threw the food away. Not worth getting sick over because they’re too lazy and busy horse playing to properly do the job they were hired to do. At Hardee’s now and the food was perfect.

Had a great experience today. They forgot I wanted no cheese, but, before my burger was handed over, a fresh one was whipped up. Combined with genuine caring and apology, I’m a happy camper. Johnny for the win!!

I arrived at 8:35am with my son. He and I both wanted to dine in because I did not want to eat and drive. There’s a sign on the window that says, “Dine in open, come on in”. I walk to door, pull on it, it’s locked. So, now I’m at Hardee’s .

Ask to have a drank added to an order and they respond they don’t do that ask why get the so called manager yelling at you to have a good day all because they have no clue what they are doing had no idea it took a high school education to add a drink to an order I guess put the fries in the bag really comes to mind with this staff

Every time I go to Wendy’s some one is not paying attention or listening. There is always a mess up with the order. For instance I asked for 1 lg coke and one lg Dr. Pepper and one lg sweet tea and ended up with 2lg Dr. Peppers and one small coke.. how can you mess that up!? Ask for a jr. No cheese burger end up with a jr. Cheese burger. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and honey mustard and end up with all sweet and sour. And 4 meals stuffed into one bag. And don’t get me started on the fries, maybe 6 flimsy cold fries in a pouch … Wendy’s Not what it used to be.. I used to take my kids 2x a week now maybe once a month.

Ordered an Apple pecan salad and to add a Cesar dressing. They didn’t give me the vinaigrette nor the cheese or pecans. They gave me croutons and just the Cesar, the chicken was dry and hard clearly old. Pregnancy appetite ruined because they can’t hear. I repeated myself at least 5x.
